I did not have a good experience but I do have to say that was in part to an employee who is no longer working here. we had a unit for just over a month and when moving in the insulation in the roof was drooping a little but it was new which wouldnt have been an issue except the manager at the time stated he would fix it. later we got an email receipt for a second unit. so we called to make sure we didnt get billed for 2 and they stated they switched us because he isnt maintenance and doesnt fix things like that. that would have been fine if he hadnt started yelling at my wife on the phone when all she wanted was clarification that we werent just billed twice. We spoke to someone else and they were able to clear things up and we waited to actually move anything into the unit until after that employee was no longer with them. later when we went to move out on the 2nd or 3rd of the following month we were told that even if you are one day into the new month you had to pay for the full thing but they even said that the previous manager hadnt been warning people of this. if we had known we wouldnt have stayed since all that had been left in there was a box and the supplies to clean out the unit. after a few days they did work with us and only billed us for the prorated time. The new management does seem to be a lot nicer and did go above and beyond to make everything better.

We had a very pleasant experience at Mullica Hill I storage. I came there with my 83 year old mom and with no knowledge of how it all worked. We were greeted by Darlene and a big smile. She immediately grabbed a chair and offered mom a place to sit while she took us through how it all works. Afterwords, she took the time to take me out to the different units so I could get a feel for what I had and the space I needed. There was no rush and no pressure. She explained all the different options and special deals they had to offer. We were moving on the fly and somewhat flustered but Darlenes friendliness and light hearted attitude made at least one part of the process seem more bearable. Based on my experience, I would have NO problem recommending this facility to anyone!

I never dreamed Id need a storage unit? Yesterday, that happened! When you want to do work in your home where do you put the furniture? A storage unit. Diane was most helpful! She explained options, coverage, use, rules, etc. She showed me the unit I could have after seeing a list of what I needed to put in it. It is very clean and convenient. The staff were most helpful and caring.

Seamless process. Very easy to understand customer service over the phone, and hands-on explanation on how everything works on site. Managed to book everything, receive my passcode and be in and out of the office in less than 20 minutes. Unit is super clean, campus is safe and well lit. The only negative is that its not 24-hour, but 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. is plenty of access time.

Ive stored here for years and absolutely love the service. The managers are fantastic and address any issues promptly. The property is well lit and under surveillance 24/7. Ive stored at various spots in my life, but this is by far the best. I love how theyll accept a package for your and deliver it to your unit. Makes my life 1000% easier. Keep up the good work.

The ladies at iStorage in Mullica Hill are awesome. I have had up to 3 units at a time there, and they are great with helping me find convenient locations to help my business. I also get packages delivered to their office regularly, and they always shoot me a phone call and make sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommended!
