Rasheeda and Betty were so nice. The size unit I reserved was inadequate to my needs so we upgraded. But the one remaining unit (next size up) had a logistical problem. So again , we upgraded at a lower cost. See, the issue was with the facility and they wanted to accommodate me but I didnt need the larger unit. So, a quick call and I got a reduced rate. Betty was in training and Rasheeda was really great in handling most of the unit specific/ tour / etc, then she let Betty take the wheel. Good teamwork and mentoring. Thanks!

This place is absolutely wonderful!!! After looking online for a storage unit for quite a while, I finally found Simply Self Storage. Their website was the most straight forward as compared to their competitors and the prices very fair. When visiting the site in person, it cemented my decision due to the extremely friendly staff! Rasheeda was exceptionally nice and very helpful! They definitely care about their customers and want the best for us! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great storage place!

I experienced a leak in my unit. Unfortunately, when I realized what was happening some of my items were destroyed. Rasheeda Aeleir came to my rescue. I was very pleased with the customer service she provided. She addressed the situation immediately. Her attentiveness and compassion was stellar and she was extremely resourceful. I am glad to have her on board at this location. Despite my hardship (it was an isolated incident..just make sure you get insurance), I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Jason was very welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked through the door he was very patient. He explained very throughly the different packages and units that were available. He also gave us a tour of the facility which I truly loved how it was very neat and clean and indoors. He made my visits very pleasant and I will be renting a storage unit from simply storage and look forward to seeing jason in the future as he made my visit a positive experience.

This is a great place! Clean, secure, climate-controlled, and well-lit, with ample hours. Convenient pull-in for car and pushcarts provided. (Even was able to buy a heavy-duty lock there.) The staff members, both Jason and Rasheeda, were very welcoming and helpful. And auto-payment by credit card meant I didnt have to worry about missing a month. First-class place!
