So impressed with the service from both Marc and Anthony. Anthony was the guy who originally signed me up. I filled out an online request at about 4am and first thing that morning I received a message from Anthony letting me know the unit I was interested in was mine if I wanted it. After I saw the unit, it was so clean. I hate moving, but I found myself getting excited after I found a safe place for my stuff that I could access 24/7 right in the heart of Doylestown where I live! I could say a lot more, but I can summarize with this; its about 3 months since Ive had my unit, I can access my stuff when ever I want, I put shelves in so I can maximize the space, I access my unit after putting in my personal passcode for the automated 24/7 security gate, from there I drive right up to my unit. I feel like my stuff is actually safer at my storage unit then where I live. The facility is safe and secure, both Marc and Anthony are extremely nice, helpful and professional just really easy to work with. I have already had some special requests, and each time, they have exceeded my expectations. The only request they could not meet is when I asked if they would allow me to live in the storage unit. But I guess looking back on it, their position on this matter holds some merit. Lastly, they beat every other storage place i looked at in price, clean facility, clean unit, service and location. So so so happy and excited to have this unit! Thanks guys for doing an awesome job where so many fall short! Merry Christmas and God Bless!

All around good facility but gets a 5 star for customer service. Customer service is always good but they went over the top during the recent blizzard. I was working with 3 other storage companies during the storm. The normal response from management ranged from "sorry, you will have to dig yourself out" to "I wouldnt try to get to your unit for at least a week". The day after the snow storm I was able to get to my unit. While there I mentioned to Mark that I would need to get my trailer out at some point. He must have taken my concern right to Anthony and I received a call from him letting me know what the plan was. In fact, I received a couple of calls form him during the week updating me on status. Honestly, in this day you are lucky to even get a manager to answer the phone let alone reach out to you on a regular basis. Its refreshing to have the level of service at this location. I will be a customer here as long as I need a storage unit and would recommend it to friends.

So glad we found this facility to store our boat. Its not easy to find a place set back away from main highways where road grime gets all over the boat and underneath the cover. The staff truly care about your belongings and finding the spot that works best for you. I called because we were running close to closing time the day we needed to store the boat and the manager was kind enough to wait for us and stay after hours to help us. He helped us to find the perfect spot for the boat and patiently waited while we got it backed in just right, and then took the time to get us all signed up and explain everything we needed to know. The facility is secure and well lit and the access gate makes it the perfect place for us so that we can come get the boat or drop it off at any time. You can pay your bill online without a fee which is not just convenient but environmentally friendly :)

I have been a customer at the Doylestown facility since the late 1990s for my business storage needs. I chose this facility because of its cleanliness/great curb appeal, convenient access from the 611 Bypass and a very safe and secure location to store and protect my business inventory. However, the most important reason was the outstanding customer service provided by the management and staff at ESS. Marty Arnold and his staff have consistently gone out of their way over the years to accomodate my storage needs, as well as accepting deliveries in my absence for my business. Marty treats the Doylestown facility as if it was his own and it shows in his attitude in the care and maintenance of the facility, but most importantly...his customers. I have, and will continue to recommend this facility to anyone who has a need for storage!

Great customer service. Anthony took all the time we needed at the very end of the day and never made us feel rushed. The facility was clean and organized. It came across as secure and professional. Anthony drove us around and showed us different lockers that were available, and then spent extra time answering all of my silly questions. I did a fair bit of shopping around, and the prices at extra storage were very competitive. Thats what got me in the door, and Im glad it did because there units (at least the ones that he showed me) are actually 10 tall instead of 8. A seemingly minor difference but actually a big difference in cubic feet at really no extra charge. Thanks to Anthony the rest of the staff for all your help, I couldnt be happier with my choice to go with Extra Space Storage.

My experience at Extra Space Storage in Doylestown was excellent. I reserved the storage unit on line and was quickly contacted by Marty to make sure I understood the process and line up the exact date and time. Shortly before move in date, Marty checked back to make sure I didnt have any questions and assure me that the area in front of the unit would be cleared of snow. When I arrived, the check in was quick and unload was easy. The unit was clean, clear of snow and there was plenty of room for the large truck. Marty and the staff were very friendly and explained all of the access rules/processes. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Extra Space in Doylestown for your storage needs.

I have worked with Marty, who is the manager of this facility, for the past five years. I believe we are one the bigger clients, but I honestly dont think that matters as I see Marty interact with many people the same way. I am always greeted with a smile and a question as to how he can help me. I have never had an issue with the people or the facility. Top Notch through and through. I recommend Marty and his facility whenever someone asks me where we store our items. Safe, clean, affordable, and most of all- convenient. You wont be sorry you rent here.

The greatest asset of this facility is he second to none customer service. Every single employee treats me with respect and repeatedly asks if theres anything else I need. The units are clean and theres always a fresh sticker on my lock so I know theyre actually going around checking stuff out. I had to upgrade to a larger size and they took me around to look at them on a golf cart. A golf cart people. Place is awesome, units are clean, frequent lock checks, did I mention golf cart tours?
