PUBLIC STORAGE, AND MARIA WHO TAKES CARE OF HER CUSTOMERS, DESERVE A FIVE STAR RATING. SHE IS ALWAYS THERE FOR US NO MATTER WHAT. SHE IS EXCELLENT AND DESERVES A FIVE STAR RATING RAISE. MARIA IS AWESOME. THANKS TO HER MY LIFE THINGS ARE SAFE AND DOING WELL. I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF MY CHILDREN IN MY STORAGE UNIT THAT I JUST CANT LIVE WITHOUT THEM. I HAVE SO MANY PRECIOUS THINGS IN THERE THAT CANT BE REPLACED. MARIA IS THE BEST. I WOULD RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO USE A STORAGE UNIT THERE. PUBLIC STORAGE ON ERIAL RD. IN BLACKWOOD, NJ IS LIKE NO OTHER. VERY EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL, JUST LIKE MARIA!!!!!!!!

Today i came in to switch the primary name from a family friend, to mine. Rebecca was the employee who helped me. She was very friendly, and great at her job. She explained everything in detail and helped me complete all the paperwork within minutes. She answered my questions and by the time we were finished i understood all i needed to know. The storage unit itself is perfect with all different size opinions. With the first month $1, the monthly fee (with optional insurance) is very reasonable. And you can access your unit 24/7/365. Overall service 5 stars.

I came in here three days ago for information about the service that they offer here. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The woman behind the counter took me outside and showed me three different sized units. She also explained to how everything thing would work. And also explained the deals too. Have to say when I have my move date locked down I will come here and rent. Left the day feeling well informed and also welcomed. Keep up the wonderful work.

I sent my daughter in to purchase some bubble wrap for my fine vases I needed to pack away. She was waited on by a friendly woman named Maria. My daughter said she was so helpful and friendly. She even gave my daughter a copy of all the packing supplies offered by public storage and said if there was anything we needed,all we had to do was call ahead and shed have everything ready for us to save us time. Talk about going above and beyond!!!

I am very dissatisfied with Public Storage. I have rented a unit here for over two years. I rented it online and never got any discount. I was only late 1 time and asked for a discount and they said they don;t do that. Instead they raised my rent. So they do not have any customer loyalty. I pay as much as someone renting the unit today. I can say that this will be my last month at Public Storage.

When we canceled our lease we were told that since it was done within the first six days of the month we would have our monthly rate prorated. This had been explained to us by both the national customer service operator and the local manager. That of course did not happen and were on the hook for the other 26 days. Also the enterance to the gate is to small to let in anything bigger than a van.

I have been renting here for the past year and the facility is great. The manager, Devon, is always very helpful and friendly. She assisted me in resolving a couple of minor issues and is always there to answer any questions I may have. I would recommend the storage unit to anyone, as it is conveniently located off Rt 42 and Rt 168.

I only needed a space for a short time but I was extremely please with how easy it was. Theresa guided us through what size we would need and made the experience so very easy. She was there when we ended the rental and that couldnt have been a better experience. If I ever needed to store anything again I will definitely be stopping by.

Staffs were professional and very much accomodating. The first staff I dealt with even showed concern for my personal belongings. The first storage that I was assigned to had some lock problem whcih I was not even aware of and yet he made sure I was transfered to one that will make sure my stuffs were secured.

Carolin helped me get into the gate with my father so we could put more stuff in his unit, after her office was closed. She didnt have to do that, as she was off the clock. I greatly appreciated all of her assistance with this, as did my father! I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know!

The front desk manager, Devon was very helpful when my mom and I had to put her stuff in storage. She helped us pick the best unit for her needs and explained everything very well to my mom. She took the time to go over everything with us and was very kind and courteous. I would recommend this location.
