I am giving this reveiw because i truly think uncle bobs west deptford nj is an outstanding place to rent a storage unit. This is my 3thd unit over last few yrs here,and i am always finding new reasons to be glad i chose unc bobs west dept n j. Lisa mangr goes so far out of her way to make sure u are a happy camper.rite down to the superclean wellstocked restrooms,she puts fancy bath n body work handsoap even.how nice to treat customers. Charlie is a all around worker who was replacing litebulbs when i was at my unit today.last visit when i was using the free moving van provided on new units lisa even stopped her outside work to make sure gate was opened,and let me know she was painting but if i needed any help let her know.even lifted gate when i was thru and helped get truck parked!! So nice...2 restrooms,1 is office other in building open even when office closed.auto- wide entraces to get to ur unit, carts to use free , a coke machine.insde feels very nice temp smells superfresh thru entire building.nice big overhangs on 2 side double autodoor entrance in case bad weather.keep u cool load unloading too.my cherished possesions stay dry fresh and im not even in climate cont unit. Ive have used a couple diffrent storge none as good.my stuff stays nice.cheis does inspects around building.i seen him.great place and staff.thk u lisa charlie n chris for all ur personalized help. Lisa and Chris are awesome! I was looking online for a storage facility and after browsing through a few with awful reviews I came across life storage in west deptdord and so thankful I did. I spoke to someone and pre-reserved a space as I wasnt sure it would be big enough and wanted to come in person and take a look for myself. That Sunday I went it and was greeted by Lisa who immediately knew my name. She showed me the unit and gave me the full tour. I came back the following Friday to book the storage with Lisa (after gathering some necessary paperwork). Lisa took her time going through the documents with me while making sure my boys were entertained (and even gave them their first keychains). Next day I met with Chris to get the keys to the complimentary moving truck (yes FREE unlike some other places that charge you)....Chris was just as sweet and inviting as Lisa and very attentive to my needs. Cant say enough good things about these folks they really go out of their way to answer all of your questions and concerns...I felt as though I was taking to old friends...thank you Chris and Lisa!!!

I have had my unit at Life Storage (formerly Uncle Bobs) for several years. The facilities are always spotless, climate control is a great plus, staff (especially Lisa) are always friendly & helpful, carts always available to help you transport your "stuff" to your unit, security is tight! There is a parking lot outside the offices & inside the secured area if you plan to stay a while. Also, they even have a truck you can borrow when moving in to make it a one trip stop! What more can you ask for? I would recommend Life Storage to anyone contemplating a storage facility!

I just got my storage unit at this location. The staff was so great, and helpful. They even called me back to make sure I was coming, they were trying to get me the best deal for my amount of stuff i had to put in storage. When I was settling up in the office, they made me feel so comfortable, I felt like I had already knew them with how welcoming they were. They kindly showed me the space, were patient while I decided which space i wanted.

I have had a storage unit at this location for 10 years. I am so happy with my decision to choose this location. The employees are some of the nicest people and do all they can to make your experience an outstanding one. I have worked closely with the Store Manager, Lisa, who has fulfilled all my requests and I trust her to be able to sign for packages if I cannot make to sign. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking!!

We have had a terrific experience with storing our belongings at Uncle Bobs (now Life Storage). The facility appears to be very clean, which re-assures me since most of our things have been there for over 6 months while we are in the process of building a home. We have had one concern (our fault not theirs), and the maintenance dept. took care of it immediately! We would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Life Storage!!
