Cannot say enough about this space! A relative was letting me store all of my traveling boutique merchandise in a vacant office space he has. Unexpectedly, he had to rent it and I had 4 days notice to get everything out. I was dreading calling storage facilities since I had been through that route before years ago and I not happy with the whole process. I live in Chalfont so I was aware of Extra Space nearby so I called them. The manager, John was friendly and very helpful and made everything super easy for me. I had a unit ready to move into in 24 hours. Can I also say that he offered a great rate??!! And no long term contracts. He made everything so convenient for me at such a stressful time. The unit was clean, well lit and easy to access. It is very easy for me now to zip by my storage unit, pull out what I need get on with my day. I highly recommend this place. Clean. Easy. Friendly Management.

My husband and I had a great experience. John was very nice and helpful. We went from the office to look at a couple of units, back to the office and then back out to look at a couple more. John was patient and did not rush the process. We were slightly confused about the price of one of the units, as it was the only one left in that particular size and the price was more, because it was the only one left. The price should be the price, it shouldnt vary depending on how many are left. Also, the lease is sent to you electronically. I thought I was going to have to sign a hard copy. I didnt get it electronically until a couple days later and I obviously had already paid. I would have liked to of received the lease on the spot. Again, John was pleasant, very friendly and informative.

As we are planning to move within the next couple of months, we needed some space to store extraneous items while we showed our current house for sale. John Twyman, the manager at the Extra Space location very convenient to our house, quickly and clearly laid out the space options and checking availability. I was very happy with the very clean and suitably lit space that he showed me and agreed to lease it - its been perfect for our needs so far. The drive-on access is great, and there are carts handy to help move items from the car to the storage space. All throughout the process, John was very courteous and helpful. I have no fear that our belongings will not be safe, as John lives on-site and there are a number of features for security and protection from the elements.

John was a pleasure to talk to. I contacted him because I had a friend who needed help with their personals. A customer of mine gave me his number speaking very highly of him and let me tell you they couldnt have been more correct about him and how he does business. I forwarded his info to my friend who is doing business with Johns facility and not that I need the space at this time but I can assure you when I do I will surely be calling John. It is hard to find people who actually make you feel comfortable when talking on the phone while conducting business but John def does that. He will continue to be successful at his job with that attitude.

I needed a reliable storage facility near my house. I was moving and could not take most of my items with me. I read the reviews for Extra Space Storage and was sold. I booked my storage unit on line, and had a call from Mike immediately confirming. I then went to their office on the weekend and was greeted by Mike and then met John, what wonderful guys!!! They made me feel safe about leaving my items there and walked me through all details involved in renting the storage unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

extra space in Chalfont is my choice for all my storage needs.. I have been renting space from them for years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else,, they are always on their A game when it comes to service, cleanliness, and security which is very important especially if you are leaving vehicles outside... John is always on his game!! one of the nicest people you will ever meet! the other local storages cant compare to any of the extra space storages!! so dont go anywhere else but extra space!!!

I have used multiple storage facilities in the past and Extra Space Storage is by far on the top of my list. I originally chose them because they have the best prices in the area. I wasnt sure on the size so I went to check them out in person. They were so friendly and helped me figure out which size would be best suited for my needs. I was able to look at different units inside and out. They are extremely clean and very secure. The staff is great and Im so glad to have found them.

Great service. Marc Dimler answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ive used another storage facility, but Extra Space Storage is far above. Marc made me feel as if I was his friend and eased my concerns about leaving my possessions in a place that is away from my home. I dont do reviews much, but after my experience with John and extra space storage I had to leave a 5 star review. He is amazing and his personality really makes this place pop! He was very helpful to get me the units I needed and the prices are very competitive with other storage centers in the area. The premises are very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend john and extra space storage if you are in the market to rent some extra space.

Excellent storage facility eith great pricing and the best staff around. I had a very unique situation and they were able to accommodate all my needs thru out the entire 6 month stay. Best storage place in the 215. John the property manager is an amazing guy. Good people and goid businesses are hard to find these days so I appreciate them when I find them. If you need storage this is the place. Look no further.

Moved to this storage place to have a unit close to home with a convenient location. John was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. When I went to fill out the lease, John showed me around the property (extreme well-kept, wide aisles, clean) and made sure I had no issues. Extra Space does offer 24 hour access, which is great knowing you dont have a curfew. Overall, glad I made this choice!

Very pleased with my experience at Extra Space Storage. We needed some extra space to store our bikes, etc, etc. as we work towards putting our house on the market. I would highly recommend working with John at the Chalfont location....you wont be disappointed. The size we wanted was not available, so John worked with me to provide the same amount of space using 2 units, at a very good price.
