This is my first storage unit and I can honestly say I couldnt have been helped by better people. Tiffany and Jason are two very friendly and sociable people and I will be referring as many people as I know that are moving out and need to store there things until school starts again in the fall. I made a few calls, Jason was very brief and returned phone calls to me. While I eventually came to the facility and Tiffany walked and conversed with me about it. I am happy with my decision and I feel as though they should be praised for it, because I will be brining many more people there. The prices really cannot be beat at all here, especially when there are sales.

My fiancé had a unit here and our experience was terrific. The Property Manager Jason was a complete professional and treated us like family. The other worker Tasha was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the facility. I would recommend this storage company to everyone, and not to go anywhere else. If we need storage in the future this will be the only place we store at.

Customer service rep are professional. Other than that this storage place is terrible. Mice are a big issue at the Island Road location. My storage unit was broken into. The Insurance company gave me a hard time. I was never reimbursed for my stolen items.

Jason and Tasha have given me great service. They have been very courteous. The facility is very clean. They check they outside of the units to make sure all is secure.
