Came into the property two days ago and talked to a very nice lady. I wanted to know about the units that they have for rent. My father and mother are moving from their house and wanted storage near their new apartment. She took me outside and showed me a 10x10 and a 10x20. She also explained to me that the 10x20 was on a special. She wrote down everything and also gave me her office card. I told her that I will be letting my father know and that I will call or my father will call if we decide to rent here. Have to say the property is clean and well taken care for. She also makes you feel welcomed as soon as you come into the office. Will be telling anyone that I know to rent here. Great customer service!!

The people are nice but the unit I had caused excessive water and mold damage to many of my items. I was assured there was no water problems with my unit, which was a lie. I took put the insurance so lets hope they pay...Also found a dead bird inside...its a disaster! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! ILL write another updated review after I see how they handle this problem but Im just sick over this. Tracy is really nice but I only was here for a few months and the water damage is unacceptable...the owner needs to fix his units...Im just sick over this...especially since I asked over and over if there was a leak problem. .

Was woth my aunt today in Sicklerville. She is planning on moving down to this area. We stoped in to the Public Storage, and spoke to the property manager her name is Tracy. She was very friendly and sociable and answered all of our questions. She showed us a 5x10 and a 5x5. We took the information amd told her that we will get back to her. I will be recommending this site to my family and friends. Best customer service.

This is one of the best public storage places I have ever been to.the woman Tracy working there is one of the nicest people Ive met at a public storage unit usally there are very rude at these places and we have multiple units in all state and I can say out of all them I have rented this was by far the best one I have been to so far.the other public storages could take some people skills learning from Tracy.

Tracy straight drops fire on the job game. 5 star service no doubt. Coulda been 6 stars but Google dont play no 6 star scratch. Truth with it. Would rent more units had I the dough, even if I didnt even needs them. Piper-dog best-dog. P.s. The pricing principals were completely satisfactory and the low-rate insurance plans really but our minds at ease regarding our valuables.

The best thing they could have done was hire an awesome Manager and that is what they have done by hiring Tracy. She was very helpful and very attentive to my needs. I probably only need the storage for a month but if I ever need this place again and Tracy is still here, they have my business. Thanks again to you Tracy.

Denise was very helpful and knowledgable of all questions asked, she went above and beyond to fulfill customer satisfaction. She was not only personable, but did not seem bothered by the endless questions I would ask. That is what I call customer service because that is such a rare quality to find these days.

FABULOUS. My boyfriend and I were first time movers/renters and Tracy was absolutely the most helpful patient person weve encountered through our whole process.
