Facility is convenient to where I live and the price was right, especially with the $1.00 for the first month. With this I give it a thumbs up. However, I believe I was misled on the monthly insurance requirement. It was stated the insurance was mandatory by the state. NOT...! It is not state law, it is mandatory by Public Storage. If I was storing items that were expensive I would not balk at having insurance however the items in storage are worth than less 200 bucks, with a 100 dollar deductible the monthly insurance premium is outrageous. While they advertise these low monthly rates, add another 10 to 15 bucks onto that for the "mandatory insurance". That is never disclosed until you are all signed up and ready to go and then it is added to your monthly charge and you are told it is mandatory.

I have been a client at this location since 2006. The people are what makes any company good, and with Michelle as my primary contact with this Public Storage location, my experience has been very,very good. This location as well as the district manager are keenly sensitive to customer service and customer satisfaction is highly regarded. Michele is considerate and understands that ones schedule may cause them to forget a payment is due, and will go the extra step to place a call as a reminder to avoid the late fee. I cannot speak for any other location, but as I stated, it is the people who make a company good, and if other Public Storage locations have someone like a Michele in place, then I am sure their clients are as pleased as we have been.

I have been a tenant at this facility for a little over a year and property Manager, Maria, has always been very helpful and courteous to all my storage needs. Every time I visit the property Maria always asks if my unit is working well for me, and if theres anything I need to let her know. I appreciate Marias level of customer service. You should be happy to have such an awesome team member working for Public Storage! Shes the best!!!

I stopped by 2 weeks ago and met Michele and she was very friendly and reviewed all necessary info. A few days later I went online and reserved a unit and received a follow up call from Michele the next day. She called again a few days later to confirm a date a time I would stop by to complete. I stopped in this past Saturday to finalize and Michele & Heather were very friendly and helpful and the facility appears very clean.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN! I came here and was just looking at units and bought some boxes a couple weeks ago. But the customer service Ashlie and Michele have is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and the property. I will definitely be recommending this location for the place to rent. I work in customer service and these two ladies are absolutely a delight to be around.

Love this place! My dad uses the Public Storage in Voorhees, and he suggested i check them out. Its right on my way to work, there arent any sketchy people around like at the last place I rented, and the woman that opened my account was sooooo helpful. The employees are great! I cant say enough good things about them.

Michele at mantua storage is doing it all.Shes breaking her back.This is my third 10 by10 I rented.Shes running the office.Shoveling snow .I couldnt believe it .Shes out of breath.I felt bad.She said one day it will pay off.She told me she was here for 8 years

The property is fine and the staff friendly. However, maintenance is not good. It has been 6 months and a broken light switch still doesnt work. For the monthly rate you would think the property would get broken items as insignificant as a light switch fixed!

The reps at this place are efficient, helpful and professional. I had trouble with a door and it was fixed very quickly. They are responsive. The store and units are maintained well and it is gated and secure property. I highly recommend.
