I have been with Public Storage for several years. My business equipment as well as personal items had to be stored when I closed Avenue of the Arts Graphics, Printing and Mailing in Philadelphia to move to St. Louis to care for my ailing, now deceased mother. Krista and most of the previous property managers have been so wonderful to me. They know I am now having a difficult time financially and they call to remind me to make my payment. Krista is personable, empathetic and caring and I dont know what I would do without her. The first manager, a male, was non-empathetic and rude, but Krista is really sweet. There was also a woman named Jen, if I remember correctly, who cared as well. She left to have a baby but she really worked with me too. When life seems too difficult to bear, it is nice to know someone cares. Krista constantly lets me know, she really does care.

I have always had a great experience at this location until recently. I would have liked to have kept my business here until a friend who is renting at a different company told me how much cheaper his rates are. When she confronted the employee about this they nonchalantly and apathetically explained that there was nothing they could do about it. My mother has been a long time customer with Public Storage and to find that they do not care about pricing or even attempting to please a long term customer is just not the right way to run a business. I have already moved our belongings to a new location and would like to have forgotten all about this bad experience. However, the feeling of being burnt by a corporation that tries to give you the impression it cares about you, stings way too much.

My experience with this Public Storage location was absolutely amazing. Our Property Manager, Denise, was absolutely AMAZING. As soon as we arrived she greeted us and was very pleasant. She was able to assess our needs snd show us a unit that matched them. The premise was clean and our unit was clean as well. After unloading our funiture into the unit, we went back into the office and closed out the process with paperwork. She was able to get us in and out quickly. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Great location! Great experience!

girls there were very helpful for me today went above and beyond the services asked them I had trouble faxing my in for their they came to me with the papers and fill them out with me and brought them back to the office highly recommend that storage unit the people there are great workers hard workers and will do anything to accommodate you and help you in any way thank you Kristin, Krista for your help today you are the best I appreciate everything you did for me today it was wonderful you are very hard worker and a good person

Ive had my storage unit here for about a month now, and I have been pleasantly surprised with my experience. The facility is clean, and the people who work there (I have been assisted by both Rebecca and John) are fantastic. They know what they are doing, and truly care for their customers. Above all, I feel safe when I am at my unit, which was a big concern when I was looking for storage. I will recommend Public Storage in Turnersville to anyone looking for storage! Thank you for taking the headache out of my move!

so far the service and storage unit has been great. The first 2 we looked at had broken light so the lady said lets get you in another one as these get fixed and re did all paperwork instead of sticking me in thee and saying will be around to fix it she was great only thing is i only been there 2 weeks but go all the time and get right in an out with gate code its been awsome...

My mother and I have had bad luck with many of your competitors , from water damage to customer service , in the past few years. So far this is he best customer service shes noted so far. My mother is not an easy person to work with, but Brittany constantly accommodates her when she comes in and has made it easy on the both of us!

District manager George is excellent and very helpful and understanding.transferred to another unit and transition was smooth and easy! I would recommend this facility to everyone.
