HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I want to start off by saying this is not a reflection of uhaul as a whole because Ive used them before with good service. All their corporate owned locations are seemed to be above it all. The smaller places,that work thru them however are awesome. They apparently also hate uhaul so . . . I went to drop off my rental ay the 309 Colmar location and they were just rude. They just took the keys from me without any eye contact or even a pleasant hello. I got charged extra a few days later for cleaning and maintenance. It was recorded as being left muddy. I moved from a paved parking lot apartment to a paved driveway house so there was no mud anywhere in between. We called uhaul and was told the manager would call us in a few days and we had to call him after a week because we never got that call. The manager Rob was extremely rude over the phone and just wanted to nothing to do with me. He rushed me off the phone saying it is what it is. Long story short 309 Colmar location is run terribly by their manager.

This is the worst place ever. Horrible customer service and totally rude. Never more than one person here at a time and they are completely annoyed that customers walk through the door. Cant say enough about how this place should be avoided at all cost. Ive been here multiple times and every time is the same - just rude and they treat customers like they are doing us a favor.

Terrible customer service/interaction. Learn how to comunicate with the customer, so they know where they need to pick the truck up. Not sure if it was a computer error or not. I sheduled a pickup for close to my house, and they neglected to tell me the pickup location had changed. the confirmation email, and phone conversation I had never stated that it was different.

My experience with this location was a good one. I had to make an emergency drop off because the brakes on the trailer caught fire and the staff was accommodating as was headquarters in coordinating the drop off.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Extremely rude and nasty people. They do not know what a lock washer is. Half ass job. Would not recommend this place. Stay away

I rented a truck here a few years ago. Easy pick up and return. They even have an after hours drop box for keys. No problems, very simple.
