"someone" was supposed to call me about the change in location for pickup of a trailer and they never did. When i asked about the inconvenience and who or what are the going to do to fix the problem __ NOTHING. Attendant couldnt give a crap and the manager was (conveniently) out of the office -- on a Friday afternoon?? their busiest time for pick ups?? clerk also encouraged me to drive off with the lights not working saying it was because of my car - not the trailer. This is a 2015 Chevy Tahoe!! Cancelled the whole transaction and drove to another U-Haul closer to home (where I should have started in the first place). fortunately the weather was good and the open trailer worked well.

I needed to rent a truck to move my mom. I didnt have a reservation but I was able to rent the ideal truck size and was surprised how fast I was processed. Their price was reasonable including the cost of mileage. The truck I received was in great condition and handled well. A gas station is located a couple blocks past its location so I was able to easily top off the gas tank and avoid any additional charges.

Van was ready, clean, tank was full. I returned early, and with fewer miles than estimated. Used after hours drop off. Got a refund. Could not be any easier or better. Quite different from an earlier experience at a different UHAUL location.

I rented a truck with a friend just the other day. The truck was what you would expect, clean and operational. The staff was great. they made the process quick and hassle free. I would definitely return to this location.

disgusting people work as managers and general managers here... senior management staff replacement is a good idea for this place... give that a thought uhaul executives if you are reading this....

Super efficient location (in/out super fast), but promotion wasnt clear so rental was more expensive than I expected when I reserved the truck.

Quick, easy and no hassle. Reserved the van, picked up and drove away. Returned the van with no issues. Service people were very friendly too.
