I was looking to rent an storage 10 x 15 and unfortunately I called this place to get some information. In their 800 number, they did not ask me anything about location of the unit, difference in price according where the unit is located or if it is climatized. When I get there, they showed me a unit where I could not put the stuff I needed because I had to access it going through another unit. In top of that the piece I needed to fit it was 15 long and it did not fit. I measured the place and it was 145.5" , then I asked them and they say that it is because of the walls, the isolation and all that stuff and that if I needed another unit located in a place where I could put my piece it had to be in the corner and it was $20.00. I told them that they never mentioned difference in the rates due to the location and they did not mention where they going to make my reservation. The guy in charge said that their customer service is not at their office, it is a third party who do that for them. However the dimension was not even accurate, but they say you already signed the contract. There are many other places like u-haul, where the location does not change the price and the climatized units are just $10.00 more, in this place it is extra $20.00 plus the difference because of the location of the unit. Also, other storages like the one in Nazareth offer you discounts like half price for the first 2 months or the first 4 if you sign a lease for 1 year. I just really picked that one because it was convenient, but I really regret about that. What a rude people and poor service.

Ive had no issues with the facility itself or the reasonable rent increase but there have been multiple mishaps on the admin/technology/billing side. This has included an email sent out with the email addresses of all renters visible, rent reminders suddenly sent out for an account that has been setup with autopay from the start, and the latest has been a notice that a late fee has been applied to my account (again on autopay) even though no late fee was applied. This has required some followup for things that should not be something you should have to worry about.
