Pretty much everything about this operation is top notch. The employees are helpful, personable, and easy to work with. The facility has access 24/7 with the rented storage cube being clean, neat, and ready to use. Some facilities we have used elsewhere have had issues with the sliding doors being difficult to use, but not here. The cubes do not seem to be leaky letting air and dust in easily which is something we have found elsewhere. Having a truck to use to help with the initial move in was great and appreciated. The only knock is that there are not any lights on timers on the inside of the cubes when working with little available sunlight or at night. Not every self storage facility have internal lights so that is not a big knock. That would be a "nice-ity", but not a necessity.

Ann is very thorough with her tour and very friendly. She took the time to show me a unit of the size I am using and explained all of the security features of the property. This made me feel confident of where Id be storing my items at. John is very nice and helpful as well. He showed me the unit Ill be using and offered to tidy it up above and beyond my request. Hats off to both of these awesome folks over at Life Storage. Ill be sure to use them in the future for any storage needs I may have and highly recommend them!

I cant tell you how helpful Life Storage has been for me except that even if there was something a few dollars cheaper I would never leave until I have to of course, and Ann who helps run that place, I dont think theyd survive without her. shes definitely a reason I stay. she helps me with keeping my account in order and never does not call me each month as busy as I am as a single mom to help me out. best service Ive ever had
