I had a very good experience with Extra Space Storage in Warminster. The staff was friendly and informative, and I was in and out without much hassle. My only complaint is that I was never informed of how their final month process works. MAKE SURE not to pay your final months rent until you inform them of when you will actually be moving out. Doing so pays for the entire month, but they do not pay you back the pro-rated amount. For instance, I paid on April 29th for May with the intention of moving out on May 4th. I was informed that I would be prorated the remaining days, but that wasnt the case. They only prorate you if you inform them prior to paying for the last month of rent. I would assume they would allow you to do it either way. Even though that was a bit of a pain, I still had a very good experience. Hopefully this review helps people save a few extra dollar in the last month.

ExtraSpace Storage is always my favorite. I used both ExtraSpace and Public Storage and here is the advantages of using the ExtraSpace: * It is much cleaner * Its electronic signing system is so much easier to work with * Its billing methodology is more straightforward, with cycles starting from your move-in date, while Public Storage does pro-rating the current month so I normally have to pay for the current and next full month at move-in * It gives promotion, such as first month free, to every single unit you rent, while Public Storage only offers promotion to one unit * It gives promotion to existing customers across sites, while Public Storage only offers promotion to new customer * It never pushed me to write good review but Public Storage did at every single site I rented Plus, the staff at this site is so nice to work with! I will definitely rent with them again!!!

I feel like my goods are being protected by my own parents. These people have been running this business for a long time and know their customers, their neighborhood, and how to make everyone happy. They are willing to chat when it is possible and will give hints and guidelines for using the units that go beyond the printed pages they give you when you sign the contract. I really appreciate them. I have used three different types of units here and every one of them suited my purposes just fine. They have never tried to sell me up when it was inappropriate. They have gone out of their way to open up a new unit, even in the middle of a blizzard. This is a great place run by great people.

Extra Space Storage in Warminster is a great place. Theres easy access to the units, and my unit, being inside and shielded from inclimate weather all while on a first floor is a major plus. When my mom and I first stopped at Extra Space to check it out, we quickly learned that excellent professional, yet personable customer service is highly important to them. Karen and Marc were very friendly and helpful. Karen even watched my sleeping nephew while Marc drove my Mom and I on the golf cart to go check out a unit. My one and only suggestion to them is to add a few more push carts in the buildings. If youre looking for a place to store some belonings, I highly recommend them.

I have used this facility for over three years. They are clean, safe and maintained. The managers live on the property as well, which is gated. They give you a code when you sign up and the hours of entry are longer than most places in the area, including holidays. They have a variety of sizes and prices ranges available including climate controlled units. The location is in a safe area, accessible from major and local routes. The managers are friendly people who value and treat their tennants with respect. I have and will continue to highly recommend this location to anyone interested in self storage.

Overpriced facility with rude staff. The woman I spoke to was completely unprofessional. I looked at the facility anyway and one big thing came to mind - the lack of security. After looking around there is not one single security camera on the premises. When I showed up the front gate was wide open so anyone could just drive right in. SO basically anyone with a set of bolt cutters could just stroll right in there and take all your valuables. With so many other choices around for storage, you will be MUCH better off finding another facility.

I needed somewhere to store my household effects for 6 months as I relocated back to New Zealand. I chose Extra Space Storage from the moment I walked into their office. The guys are super friendly and helpful, and when they took me through the facility to show me my unit I was very impressed by how secure and clean their buildings are. The climate controlled units meant I had no concerns whatsoever about storing my personal effects. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone wanting peace of mind when having to use such a facility.

This location is absolutely wonderful! I have been storing my belongings there for the last 5 years and I have always had a pleasant experience. Karen and Marc are absolutely wonderful people who care about making sure your time storing at Warminster is without any hassle. For as many times as I have to go out of town, I am always able to drop my payment off to them early without the fear of it not being paid. I would very highly recommend them as a location if you need a place that is clean, well attended to, and have an awesome staff!

Fred and Walt was very respectful, helpful, and patient. When you are moving for the second time in 20 years you need to re familiarize yourself. with the whole process and they made me feel very relaxed and confident. The outside drive up storage space was well maintained clean and well lite. Moving out was a smooth process. . l really will miss our conversations about family, weather, holidays and employment. .yes these guys are really human... I wish them the best..And I recommend them to anyone who is moving

Walt was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional when I came into the office and was very helpful in answering all my questions about long-term storage for my car, and explained the rental process in detail. He also made sure to get me the best deal on my rental space. The paperwork for renting out a parking space and parking my car was also relatively quick. If I need storage space for any other reason again I will definitely consider this company first.

I recently rented a storage unit for my extra stuff that I couldnt get into my apartment and the people who run the facility in Warminster, PA are wonderful. They live on site, are friendly and helpful. When I went back to put more stuff in the unit I rented, the gentleman was out walking his beautiful puppy and was very gracious to me, almost like we had known each other for years. If i ever have to get another unit I will definitely come back here.

I found Fred Keiper who extremely efficient and helpful in securing then storage space for us, he was thorough in his approach and explained everything to us in detail.
