So far so good! I just rented my storage unit this past week so I dont have a long history to go by, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The unit was clean, I was taken thru the process rather quickly and efficiently. Only thing I might have a complaint about is the cleanliness of the public restroom or lack thereof. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Pros: Cheap, quiet, not lot of ppl, Huge flat bed cart Cons: The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was nasty & there was a roach! Hrs are M-S 9:30-5:30(My old storage place had unit access 24/7) Only 2 flat bed carts Customer svc was only ok HIghrise building No trash cans near units
