Just left the Elkins park storage facility. Wanted to rent a 5x10 unit and they are very close to my house. Woman at desk was very polite and told me that they have ONE unit left at 5x10 but she quickly told me that it was not eligible for free Month. When I asked why she said, "Well, its the last unit. So, since its the last one available we dont offer the free month. Its how things work." I told her that didnt make sense and I have to think about it. Yeah.... I get supply and demand...but, They just lost a customer who was going to rent a unit for over a year and probably upgrade to something bigger. Im going to Safeguard which is further from my house but will give me a month for .99 and the unit is $10 cheaper a month.

I moved from a storage place in Willow Grove to EZ Storage in Elkins Park. It was closer to where I live, but more importantly, the place was newer, less expensive, and has the nicest, friendliest staff EVER. Seriously. I even moved out of the area for about a year, and as soon as I came back, one of my first stops was the Elkins Park EZ Storage. They let you borrow a box truck to move for FREE. And you can pay online, so thats one less check to write. Im usually the guy who only writes reviews to complain, but this place treated me right.

My wife and I have been renting a storage place at the Elkins Park, PA location for the past 4 years. Since day one, the staff there has always greeted us with a smile. As our life styles changed in the past years , so has the amount of our belongings and storage needs. The staff there always provided that flawless transition in unit sizes that we were looking for. If you’re looking for clean and safe storage location then this is the place to go, you won’t be disappointed. The staff and location merits an A++.

Costume service is top of the line. Cleanliness you will not find another place more clean than this one. Cameras always keeping an eye on your storage. Your personal pin to get access inside the building. When you come in to pay your bill they know you by your first name. I will recommend this store to any one and let me mention to you very accessible but at the same time is private. All your valuables are in a room temperature control space. Very friendly and undertaking.

Great experience with this location. I worked with Diana, one of the Elkins Park managers, and couldnt be happier with the help I received. I needed to rent two units for my business and had a few specific requests. Diana was friendly, accommodating, and even helped me fit everything into my timeline. Plus their rates/specials are very competitive with the area. I highly recommend this storage unit!

I originally avoided this location because it was so new, clean, and in such a good area, I really thought it was going to cost too much. I was very wrong...about the price. The place is beautiful. The staff are so kind, and very helpful. If youre looking for a place to store your belongings, I would definitely start here.

Friendly,courteous and professional service. Chris and Diane are great Service Managers their warmth and smiles welcomes guest including their precious dog and cat giving a home like feeling. The area is immaculate inside the garage and the exterior. The hours are convenient and reasonably price. Highly Recommended
