REAL HUMAN MANAGERS (Remember back in the day when managers were human?) Real human beings @ CubeSmart Philadelphia. Do not miss the chance to discuss your storage options with manager Joan P Vaughn and General Manager Mike Rodgers. I have been working with them since April 2014 on a complicated 2-step move (which means 2-step storage as well). I am a "regular", until the move is over in November 2014. They are consistently efficient, offer service above and beyond the call of duty, and are also very wise and funny about the world of "stuff." (Yes, a sense of humor is important when moving and storing). The facility is clean and glitch free. CubeSmart should clone this amazing managing team. When my 2 step move is over, I plan to send both Joan and Mike some beautiful flowers. They deserve it! -- very satisfied customer.

CubeSmart was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Tina was very patients, helpful and understanding with all my many questions. She is one of the reasons why I will be using this storage company above all other. Its hard to find this combination at other storage facilities in the area. Its also downtown so thats really good. I will definitely be recommended this company to everyone I know. Thanks for the good service.

I have been a cubesmart customer for many years. currently I have 2 units and a parking space. I have always received excellent service and care. the general manager Mike Rodgers has always made sure my space and business needs have been met. Rick makes sure the building is maintained and that customers are cared for. Mr Sohail Ata and Ms Quentina Frields are a a welcomed addition to the Callowhill team.

i have been using this storage facilty since 2000. Even though it changed hands I still enjoy good service and assistance whenever I visit the facility. I plan to continue using it knowing that my beongings are safe, I have easy access when I require it and can always ask for advice.The staff is service oriented and on the ball.

These people are crooks. I signed a lease with them and they marked my rent up within 2 months. They also access fees for online payments and anything else you can think of. You are much better off going outside of the city to store your items. If you cannot do that, I suggest uhaul.

So far, I can only speak on my move in process. I had a pleasant time speaking with the employees. They made my move in very easy and and helped me keep track of my time with the truck. They were very helpful throughout my very difficult move. I am very grateful!!!
