Let me begin by saying that I buy storage units at auction (have so for years) and have been to EVERY different storage locations across all of the different companies ... I personally use this Cubesmart as my home base for all of our storage unit sorting, cleaning, selling, and storage. Out of every location Ive done business with through auctions, this cubesmart location is the only place Ill ever use for our personal storage for a few reasons: 1. 24 hr access... This is the single most important thing for me personally as Im a night owl and run other businesses by day. Without this I would have looked elsewhere 2. Well upkept property.... Never any trash around, the gates are always operational, etc. 3. Great value for the price. Right on par with other major locations in the area, but with 24hr access, unbelievable value! 4. Something that caught me off guard as to how important it can be and how much easier it makes my life... The staff... Especially the property manager Kellen.... Simply put, they are the best. I could tell right off the bat that Kellen takes pride in what he does and wants his property to be the best it can be. Between him and the other gentleman (cant believe I cant remember his name right now! So sorry!) regularly patrol the grounds and are as nice as can be. Super accomodating, and I really get the sense that they value my business there. I cant say enough about how great they are to deal with. I recommend anyone who will listen to me to use this location! If you are considering this place to store your belongings and the size unit you want is available, reserve it NOW! It wont be there tomorrow because someone else will have rented it... Thats how popular of a location it is. Wish I coulda gave 6 stars

We began our experience with Cube Smart in 2013 when we rented two units,one for us and one basically for our son, although we had some items in that unit as well. In 2014 we moved to Florida and emptied our larger unit leaving the other unit for our sons use. We never had a problem with maintenance or renewal. Then, in March of 2016 our son died and we had to make a special trip in May to empty the remaining unit of his belongings.Mr. Mazure was very helpful during this difficult time. He coordinated times for us around a major painting job at the facility in order to meet our schedule. He offered us use of restroom facilities and water during the two days we had to complete this project before going back to Florida. He also got us a reimbursement on our rent because we mistakenly sent the next months payment! No hassles. It was a pleasant experience despite difficult times due to Mr. Mazures capable managerial skills and sensitivity for others. I wish there were more stars to give.

Kellen and Lou are the most accommodating, nicest professional guys you could ever meet. I was struggling to find a storage that I would feel comfortable leaving my baby grand piano in. When I called and spoke to Lou . Unfortunately there was not one available in the size I needed. Four days later to my surprise Lou called me to let me know that the perfect unit open up over the weekend. I could not believe that he was so thoughtful and called me to let me know. I am so grateful!! It is working out perfectly thanks to the initiative that Lou put forth and his amazing customer service. When I went in to secure the units,. Kellen and Lou were very informative and patient in answering my many questions and making it an easy transaction. Moving is a very stressful and exhausting chore. Lou and Kellen were the highlight of my entire week. I cant thank them both enough for making the process a simple one. They are excellent!!!

I have rented from cubeSmart in Tucson AZ and have experienced a great company. Currently, I will be traveling to Philadelphia, Pa and need storage for my vehicle. I filled out a reservation request and was contacted promptly the next morning. Lou the manager was professional and kind to my needs. He advised all the paper work I would need to bring and confirmed my reservation. WOW! Great service and peace of mind!. When asked I will always recommend cubeSmart to anyone needing storage. Gina did a great job explaining everything. Felt very comfortable the moment I walked in. Like the fact I can enter 24 hours- very convenient . Unit was big, and Im glad I took Ginas suggestion to buy painters tarp and lay it down on the cement to protect my belongings. Overall, great customer service from Gina and I would recommend in the future.

Both gentleman were an absolute joy to work with! They do not make you feel pressured to make a decision right away like other storage facilities and they make sure you have all the information you need and that you understand it (its my first time using a storage facility). Needed a place to store my motorcycle for a couple months. Found Cubesmsrt to be very secure, reasonably priced, conveniently located, well maintained. Staff was very helpful in getting me set up and the whole experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend.
