Having rented many units since 1998, I have never had the pleasure of such great customer service as I have had with Julie, the store manager. Very caring, polite, and personable she was always a delight to see and always went above an beyond the call of duty to get things done. The rates here were so reasonable I left their major competitors storage facility to come here and I saved over 125.00 a month!! I highly recommend checking them out if you need to get a quote. Remember to ask for Julie!

I visited recently to inquire about some options and pricing for storing furniture from my two bedroom apartment while moving. The customer service was exceptional; in particular Jenna really helped to go over what options were available and provide me with detailed information. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone in the area looking for storage units. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and most definitely will return!

I love the customer service and the size of storage unit. Ive had to increase the size three times in the last three years, but Julie (on-site manager) has always been helpful in every way. She even calls customers to remind them of their payments. And, the store is always clean and well stocked with locks, boxes and tape and whatever you could possibly need to make moving in or out easier. Thank Julie!
