Ive rented vehicles from here on multiple occasions and have always had a positive experience. The folks here were attentive and straightforward about the trucks they offer. They were also *very* fast. This allowed me to arrive at my work order on time, when I needed to book with them last minute. You cant put a price on dealing with folks who know their business and offer quality service in record time - it is the kind of experience that allows us to in turn offer our customers a positive experience. Give small/local business a try and check them out.

I needed 3 months of storage and I was in a jam... No reservations or movers scheduled. I called Derek at flex box and he rented me a truck which I used to move all my stuff in their storage. I ended up filling one storage flex box which costs me $79 a month - by far the cheapest storage I found and the truck was really cheap too. This was a pretty simple and easy experience, thanks guys!

Very unorganized. They showed up 2 hours late and did not take responsibility for it. Jake at the desk was clearly unable to complete his job. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the movers where exceptional. They where respectful and careful with all my belongings. They where great!

Terrible company, refuse to pay workers and does not have workmans compensation. Does not give customers full full details on the bill until last moment. Treats their workers terribly, and fires most for just trying to get there pay that is owed to them.

Fraudulently charged my card twice and refused to refund. They do not allow full access to the unit you rent. Id avoid at all costs. Overpriced and extremely poor customer service.
