I wish I could give a negative star. This place sucks. I came to my space on 6/22/2017 and found water in my locker. I reported that to the office and all they did was tell me they close in 5 minutes and I could come back tomorrow and get some plastic. We had bad storms the night before. So my stuff sat there all day in water. DO THEY EVEN WALK AROUND AND INSPECT THEIR STUFF? If they did I could have been there earlier to get my stuff out of the water. The person that works in the office Nikki just left after that. Offering no assistance cleaning up the water. Not even an offer to let me use their mop and I know they have one. I saw someone mopping a few days earlier. I lost stuff that cant be replaced. My daughters art work and awards were ruined. DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

This is a well run establishment. I was having problems with the space I needed to rent and almost went with Uhaul. They were going to sell me a unit that was more than what I needed and I almost went for it because I was recently being evicted and need to move quickly. My wife suggested this public storage and I was skeptical. I have to say Im glad I went with her suggestion because the help I got from this place was just what I needed. I was treated well by the staff here who listened to my problem and rather than brush me off or try to sell me something larger then what I needed. He worked with me to find what would fit my needs. I have to say in the end, thank you Paul. Coming here was a godsend and helped me out in a bad situation.

Nikki was a great help! She was pleasant and friendly. She was very knowledgable about the units and helped us pick the correct one that would benefit us the most for what we need the space for. Customer service is some of the best Ive seen from anywhere. If I need a unit myself or in the future Im definitely going to come back and definitely suggest this to anyone looking for storage spaces. She gave us insight and information bout the buildings and how to go about entering our space,and whether it was a good idea to use boxes or bins,etc. All in all great customer review.

Paul is truly an asset to your company. When reserved, he called promptly, and set up an appt. for next day to see unit. Upon arrival, Paul had another customer. He informed us he would be with us in a minute. Paul knew customers names as they arrived to make payments. I usually do not do reviews, however with Paul I had to. Again he is a true asset to your company.HE DESERVES A RAISE. The only reason this is not a fivew is due to condition of building, absolutely nothing to do with customer service.

We used Public Storage to help us organize our "stuff" as we get ready to move. The staff was cheerful, helpful and spent some extra time ensuring that we understood how to access our stored boxes. In addition we purchased some of the boxes for sale at the sites office. When we completed our storing, the office staff was very helpful, reminding us that Public Storage was very accessible where we are moving. All in all - a very helpful, courteous and positive experience.

From the initial phone call , to the walk through , I found LaShara to be the epitome of politeness, knowledgeable , and very pleasant . She exhibited a professional demeanor that in todays world seems nonexistent ,. LaShara answered all of my questions , and any doubts of renting from this place , were put to rest . Nicole was incredibly courteous and helpful when we were renting a storage space for the first time. She went over everything; and I mean literally everything. Took a rough inventory for us, walked us to the space to ensure it was enough, showed us how to lock/unlock the unit, informed us about every moving add-on, insurance, terms....EVERYTHING. All went perfectly, and Public Storage is lucky to have such a great employee.

Anyone who has the inconvenience of storing overstocked stuff, understands my pain. Especially if its an unprofessional or cluttered facility. However, in recent weeks I have seen a change in management for the better. A new guy Paul I believe. Noticed a difference right away. Overall more professional with a cleaner lot. If you need to store your things go with Public Storage. Best bet.

I Had A Great Experience At this public storage unit everything was nice and clean and everyone was helpful and polite . I had the pleasure of meeting one of the workers by the name of Paul he was a life saver he sold me boxes and other moving supplies at a great price compared to everywhere else I have looked he was caring and understanding very helpful .

PAUL (property manager) is AMaZiNgLY AWESOME B-) He teaches you like a person and NOT a #. Paul is ALWAYS professional. He treats ALL customers with compassion and courtesy. Unfortunately... he does NOT get the same in return. Paul ALWAYS keeps property clean and neat. WISH... there were more property managers like Paul. WE truly miss you @ Edge-water Park.

Very friendly, explained everything in detail. Paul is the manager a very clean lot, the unit was clean and since it was raining we could see there were no leaks. Offered us boxes at a discount, easy access like the time you can enter the area.Would recommend this storage facility to all my friends or any one who needs one.

Just got my storage unit. Nicole was awesome. She told me everything I needed to know. I had planned on storing bags, she suggested boxes since its not climate controlled. That will save me from losing my stuff to mold. Great experience! I highly recommend public storage on Fellowship rd in Maple Shade!

Great customer service from staff. I wish they would enforce some type of courtesy rules. Im currently boxed in behind two vehicles who decided to park next to each other instead of on the same lane even though they are going to the same storage unit. Looks like Ill have to back all the way out.

Paul and Lashara are very helpful with any questions I might have. They have great items to help you with your storage needs and also have a variety of sizes when it comes to units. I would recommend public storage to my friend if they ever needed a place to store their stuff.

Nicole is extremely rude. Also most of these reviews are arent real; the reason why they have 90+ reviews and other storage places have a few is because they are make you give them a 5-star review during sign up. Check a different site that starts with a Y for actual reviews.

I came into this location a couple days ago to buy some boxes for my move, and the young woman named nikki was SO helpful and informative. I ended up leaving with things I didnt even know I needed!!! definately will recommend this location to family and friends.
