This is a great place to store any extra personal, business or just alot of stuff one needs out of the way. At the Cherry Hill Store on Church Rd Adam and Cassie are the two reps that i have the pleasure of working and helping me with figuring out the exact size space i need and at a very reasonable price. The great thing about Extra Space Storage is that its a CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT so youre not sweating to death in the warm weather or freezing outside in the winter. There are carts and elevators provided for the moving of ones items and the units are well secured with security cameras and electronic pass codes for EXTRA added security before entering the building. So check out EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. The place is great and so are the people that work there.

Arranged to meet Adam about 5:30om and then got stuck in traffic... Adam waited for us after hours and never made us feel like jerks! He was friendly, professional, low key, funny as hell, and really knew his stuff. He spent as much time with us as we needed, which we really appreciated. The facility is convenient and clean, and the pricing is the best in the area (after a couple hours of research). I cant say more because we just reserved our storage unit, but I certainly have high hopes.

I never had the need for a storage unit but after doing some online research I decided to give Extra Space Storage a try. I was greeted by Adam and had a wonderful and painless expierence. Adam was very thorough and took the time to show me the different units and explain the different options I had. I can only hope the actual move will be as pleasant as my experience with Adam of Extra Space Storage was.

Always attentive employees. Top notch customer service. Easy to work with. Quality facility, competitive prices. Needed a unit for one week and they still have me the promotion price of one month free (just paid service fee). One negative, locks are expensive but I am sure they are everywhere else so keep that in mind. Great experience overall.

My fiance needed the space, and Adam work with her to find the best fit. She wasnt able to sign in person due to travel, so I went in. Adam gave me the tour and made sure that I was comfortable with the procedures, safety, and security of the location. Definitely recommend the clean space and the customer service.

My experience was great! Cassie was extremely helpful and fast. I was in and out in about 15minutes. In addition, the storage area is clean and its in a very good location. Great facility... well lit, nicely painted, has drive up individual loading docs!, and great online specials. Anthony and Alana are professional and personable over the phone and in person. Alana, my appointed representative, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.
