I had an excellent experience working with Ashley. She was extremely kind, professional, and honest in her efforts at trying to save us as much money as possible when renting. Ashley also excelled at giving me a detailed tour of the facility, knowing exactly what tips to tell me so that I would not have any questions whatsoever when moving in. She also took the time to let me view storage units of various sizes prior to my selection so that I could visualize the space I needed and offered creative solutions for my storage concerns. I am glad to have met and worked with her. Metro itself is located very close to Neshaminy Mall and is a close and convenient drive if you are coming from the Penndel area like me. The whole facility is extremely clean and located indoors. It is inaccessible without a security code and closes around 9pm, which makes it a more secure place to store your belongings. I am pleased with my experience here and would happily recommend Metro Self Storage for others to use.

Ashley was very knowledgeable on the facilitys history when asked, rental information/availability, etc and followed up to an inquiry made after renting to close the loop on military discount option (10% off in-store price or the web rate, whichever is the better discount FYI - not combined). The ceiling is very high for heat to rise and that is my hope in the summertime items will be fine since this location is only heated for winter. Not a big deal for our needs. Just be mindful of candles, old wood furniture, etc (Ashley can tell you the list of suggested items to not store due to heat easily!). Another perk to this location is the drive-in facility for the inside units for less distance in dolly-ing your items to your unit! Very helpful!

My experience with Metro Storage was outstanding. I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley, who is an intelligent, personable breath of fresh air. She answered every question with a great response, a lovely smile, and pointed me in the right direction. I got the perfect sized unit for the best price, thanks to Ashley. Its quite refreshing to interact with someone who knows what theyre doing, and obviously likes it. Keep up the great work, Ashley! Ill definitely refer anyone looking for a storage unit to Metro Storage.

I am really picky about safety, I checked all the storage rooms facilities around Bensalem and I and-up with Metro Self Storage. Very nice and organize place including all the office staff and facility itself. The best thing about this place is that I can drive one of the tallest vans made in USA inside. Recommend this place to everyone that is looking for spacious, clean and well organize storage. Thanks to the office stuff for they professionalism and good work ethic !

The staff at Metro Storage in Trevose PA are great. Both Kareem and Jennifer did an excellent job in servicing all of my storage needs. Kareem went above and beyond what I expected and he took the additional time to review all of my options. I needed to change my storage unit three different times over the last two years as I "down sized" with getting rid of the cpontents of a house that was part of an estate. I highly reccommend this facility.

i had to rent a unit when i moved, and i came to this location. i thought it was a great place. the people working there were really friendly and straightforward. I guess they bought Devon out because the name had changed from what it was before, so the other review may be a little outdated. my unit was clean, and the whole building was really clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they needed the place.

My experience renting a unit with metro was extremely positive. Ashley was very friendly, knowledgeable and really made the entire process very pleasant. She walked me out to 3 different units to make sure the space I got was right for my needs. She even offered advice on how to stack and place items in the unit. The facility appeared well maintained & the security features were a big plus. I would highly recommend this facility.

i have been looking for a good place for our equipment to be stored since my machines can not be exposed to outside weather and this was the perfect place it is inside climate controlled with plenty of space to store my items. clean and friendly was also and A+ Ashley did a wonderful job setting me up with the unit that works for my business close to work and easy to get to. i would highly recommend this to my friends and family.

I rented a unit with Ashley at the Trevose location. She was very friendly, helpful and informative. One of the best experiences Ive had renting, having tried 2 different places in the past. The property was clean and well maintained with great security features. Will definetly recommend for friends and family and will be using this place again in the future.

Ashleys smile greeted me as I opened the leasing office door. She was very knowledgeable of the size of unit I needed for my property. Ashley was pleasant and courteous during the entire process. The facility was very clean , matter of fact the bathroom was cleaner than all the Wawa and Walmart bathrooms I have used this year.

Ashley from Metro is amazing! The facility itself is great but the people they have working there makes you want to do business with them. Ashley went out of her way to help me move from a large unit which was more than I needed, to a smaller unit. And the girl never stops smiling. Highly recommend this place.

They have a huge variety of storage choices indoors and out, great security system and the guys at the front desk always remember your name and are more than accommodating.

We come and go quite a bit, but Storage King always accommodates our needs. Ive only worked with Bill and Adam, but theyve always taken care of us. Service with a smile. If you need to store some stuff, or need to get a trailer or RV out of your yard, theyve got what you need. Good experience.
