The person I dealt with on the day I moved in was rude. They werent even at the desk, I waited close to 15 minutes past my appt time. She was very pushy trying to sell me tape, boxes, plastic wrap, told me the lock I purchased a yr before was going to break, and it should be replaced with one of their locks (it came from another storage facility and there was nothing wrong with it whatsoever). The monthly insurance fee is too high, my rent was raised $14 per month, 6 months after moving in, with absolutely no explanation why. This particular location as of lately has 1 cart for the ENTIRE facility!! Ive used many storage facilities and that was never an issue. The one cart is locked up on the opposite side of the building, and if someone else is using it tough luck... Late fee for even a few days late is $22. Thats almost 20% of my rent.

I have never used Public Storage before and was very surprised at how pleasant the experience was. And the one person who made that experience pleasant was your employee Megan. She handled the process very professionally but also friendly. There were other customers coming in and she did not miss a beat with acknowleging them and continuing to finish up with me. She answered all my questions with a warm friendly smile. It is so nice to deal with a pleasant and professional employee, especially in todays world. Thanks Megan!

This was the first time I have ever had to use a public storage facility. Jenn made this very easy and stress free. She was knowledgeable about the services available. Every time we come to the facility she is more than willing to help with anything we need. Jenn is also very friendly and makes me feel comfortable with any questions or concerns I have. If I ever need another storage facility I will definitely use this one due to the level of comfort and assistance the staff is able to provide.

My experience at this public storage location was great! The staff and manager there are very helpful, informative, professional, and extremely nice. They made me feel like my belongings are safe and secure. I never used a public storage space before and was a little hesitant with the thought of my things being somewhere that I am not. Despite feeling skeptical, I have had no issues and the services I have received are excellent! I highly recommend this public storage location to others.

The service and treatment I have received is not worth a half of a star. I wouldnt advise anyone to use Public Storage, especially the Bensalem facility. To start, the fees were almost 50% higher than the phone quotes I was given. The girl that works there, Megan, goes out of her way to be nearly impossible to deal with and very uncooperative, not customer friendly in any way. Its rare I meet anyone that is just such a nasty person but she takes the crown on that.

I have used storage facilities all over the tri-state. I have been at the storage facility for over two years and have to say that I have moved out of the other facilities after poor service. This spot was alright in the beginning, but now is great! The girl that took over is so helpful and nice all the time. The place use to be dirty and unkept. Now the place looks clean. Its a very nice unit. Very secure, clean, and the staff is above and beyond.

We have never used storage before but Thanks to Meghan she made it so easy for us! Meghan is amazing with her knowledge and professionalism. She explained everything and then asked every time if we had any questions before moving on. Meghan was the only one running the office and she never seemed overwhelmed. Meghan THANK YOU for all your help! Good customer service is hard to find but not at Public Storage! You Rock Meghan!!!

I reserved a unit (10x30) online but none were available at the location. But Meghan the woman that assisted me found me another unit and when the size I originally became available she notified me right away and was such a big help. She knows what she is doing and is def an asset to the company. If it wasnt for her demeanor and personality i would have left and found another facility.

This was the first experience Ive had with Public Storage and it was a great one. Minutes after walking in, Meghan had figured out and shown the locker that would be mine. I didnt think that the process was going to be as quick and easy as it was. Meghan handled everything professional and made it an enjoyable process.

The scab megan who works and lives on the property goes into the customers unit when they are not there! I caught her today in my unit today i contacted the district manger and made a police report....i guess it makes sense when you live at public storage and cant afford anything else and welfare doesnt cut it anymore!!!

Very easy to sign up under short notice, Meghan was super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and was great with helping me determine the space I needed. Prices are better than other places I looked at. Only issue is getting our of their main driveway, but that has nothing to do with them, just a busy road.

This place is in a very convenient location...i was on my to rent a space at uhaul but stopped in here and not only did they have a special but the mananger meghan was extremely nice and knowledgeable...i feel good about keeping my stuff here and its in a location..close to 95 and street rd

I went to get a large unit at the bensalem location. When I went in I was greeted by Liz. She was very personable and kind. She found me a unit the fit my needs and may it a very easy process. She offered me things to keep my items safe ex: couch covers. Thank you for your help Liz!

Elevator was broken for 6 months. Customer Service is non-existent at the site or the call center. Charged a $20 late fee for $2.74 shortage and turned off my code before mailing me a notice that I owed $2. I have a clear picture of what years of loyalty is worth to them.
