Very disappointed. I just came back from storing some things in my so called climate control storage space and the temperature outside was nicer than the inside of the building . When I complained because I plan to store a pool table in there and do not want it to get warped I was told they set the thermostat for 77 degrees. I tried to explain to the young girl that 77 degrees and humidity are two different things. She went on to say 77 degrees is okay yet she had the thermostat set for a nice 72 degrees inside the office removing heat and humidity. So it seems they want to keep cool in the office but do not care so much for personal belongs or antiques where humidity can do irreparable damage . Must say I am very disappointed and will never use them again.

I currently store some equipment here, 24 hour access and security gate is nice but the door to my storage unit is basically falling apart so it makes me nervous. Asked management to take care of it but they move slow as molasses. For the price going up gradually every couple of months I would at least expect the courtesy of a new door for my unit. Also dont let "climate controlled" fool you, some summer nights end up being cooler outside than it gets inside to where just being in the unit makes you sweat and its extremely uncomfortable. Not really worth the monthly price in my opinion.

While the 24 hour access & temperature controlled environment is great, their account management is atrocious. My husband & I both have units of equal size for our businesses, and they have repeatedly billed us incorrectly the last 2 years. Often his painting business will receive the invoices, while my dayspa is hit for two unit fees. We have, in person, tried to correct this issue no less than 5 times. This month was the absolute last straw, so were moving out to another company - one who understands the value of our time.

Secure storage, climate controlled, reasonable drive distance to Philly. The Township hasnt installed sidewalks so its difficult to come and go on foot.
