This place is horrible!!!!!! The people that work there are rude, and they have no sympathy for anyone. I rented a truck from another location and went here to move my belongings out. They said they would help me get into it because my key is missing. Then when I got there they said no one could let me in until Monday. I had already paid for the truck, which needs to be returned Monday and Im moving two hours away. I explained the situation, this was the last of my money and they said there was nothing they could do to help. So I wasted my money on a truck rental, and they WOULDNT EVEN REFUND IT AND TAKE THE TRUCN BACK! This business is horrible!!!!!!

Use abundant care when renting U Haul trucks. Make sure to take pics with your phone, and record even the slightest/smallest/most insignificant ding/dent/scratch on the vehicle. They once tried to charge me for damaged months after the rental was done; the kept resubmitting numerous changed damage reports.

Do your homework before contacting them! I told them I needed a truck for a long run but they rented me a local truck. In the end I paid $250 to rent the truck for 4 hours. They will set you up to rip you off. I wish I went anywhere else. I learned my lesson and will NEVER give them my money again.

John and Mitzi are super friendly and helpful, and this location has a wide variety of clean, reliable vehicles and moving supplies. I go out of my way to rent from them rather than the shady places you find on rt 70 and elsewhere.

Very friendly, and easy to get in and out of. Would definitely go back, even tho its not my closest U-Haul location. The service is worth the extra few dollars in mileage I would wind up paying.
