Love the location, cant stand the GM. VERY arrogant every time I go there, without fail. For the last 5 years that Ive been going there Ive noticed personally that likes to belittle customers as well as his own employees who in my opinion are the best. I rent just about every weekend and I sometimes actually dread having to deal with that guy, hoping he wont be working. Forces me to hold my tongue and composure when dealing with him. Get him some customer service training and it would be a 5 star location. If it wasnt so close to me I would go elsewhere because of him.

Getting our truck was a bit slow because the store was so busy and only one person working. That being said the price was fantastic, the truck was brand new, and everything worked out better then expected. Have used this location twice now.
