The Wiz

The service is pretty decent. I have an inside unit and the doors to get into the building jam quite often leaving no options but to just yank and bang until the door opens. Also, the place closes @9pm (I think) if you are not out by the time the facility "shuts down" youre stuck inside. I asked an employee over the phone what are my options if this ever happened and she said "you would have to leave your car and exit through the pedestrian entryway and get your vehicle the next day" that was the WORST answer ever!!! I had an issue there before after all employees left and getting a hold of someone was extremely difficult! Thank goodness it wasnt an extreme issue. The website has one # that gives you another # which isnt the # plastered on the front of the gate when you pull up which also isnt the # given to me by an on-site employee. If the phone number issue was in order I would give them 4 stars but the 5 stars cannot be obtained when you are an insured storage facility without 24hour service and then you have to leave your car if you attempt to leave after hours. Good luck leaving as a pedestrian on the HIGHWAY!

I was in the office at this Pubic Storage with my girlfriend, who has a storage unit there. Whenever we went in the office for whatever reason, Amy was there. I have never seen a person so incredible and helpful with people! I was so impressed; I asked if I could somehow write to her superiors explaining how privileged and lucky they are to have such a representative in their company greeting people. She was thrilled, as she is embarrassed to ask for one. For some reason, beyond my comprehension, many good reviews keep disappearing from some ridiculous quota. Because of what I know about this process, I went to Google reviews, so my review could not be deleted whether intentionally or for whatever reason. I do not know her monetary salary, but I cant imagine it is enough to reward her for her presentation of the company. I do hope her superiors appreciate and take very good care of this treasure in their employ. They have no idea of her true value to them. Having spent YEARS dealing with a competitors storage facility, I finally made the switch just a few weeks ago over to the Public Storage in Voorhees. It was like night and day. The location itself is very accessible and well-lit, meaning my wife and daughters can go there after sunset without me being worried that theyll not make it home safely. Most importantly -to me, anyway- was the fact that the location seems to be managed well. The staff was not just friendly, but knowledgable and helpful. The office area was clean, free of clutter, and the staff clearly not only enjoyed but took pride in their work. That is true customer service; something that is sadly lacking in this day and age. Ive already recommended the facility to friends and family, and I look forward to a long term stay. Thank you, THANK YOU for such a great place to store my stuff!!

Today my friend dropped me off at the new unit he rented here at public storage because he asked me to organize the items he had just moved into the unit. He neglected to tell me that he wouldnt be back for 4 hours. I think my feet and hands were purple about an hour later. Ive rented at public storage before in Havertown, PA and it took 38 minutes just to carry a box cause my unit was so far away AND my unit costs almost twice as much as the one my friend rented here in voorhees. His unit is literally 3 doors from the entrance and you open right up to the unit. Basically, Amy not only let me sit in the store to get warm for as long as I needed, she also is one of the most genuine, sweet, helpful and down to earth people you will meet. Highly recommend coming here!!!

Do not rent a storage unit at this location. When I realized that the person in the unit next to mine was inside his unit smoking and therefore since the top is open between each unit, my unit smelled of cigarette smoke. When I questioned the manager of the facility she said he has the right to smoke there. I quess I have no right to not want my belongings to smell like cigarette smoke. When there is a fire from careless smoking, I am going to sue Public Storage. They arent the least bit concerned. The only reason there is one star is because the website wouldnt let me post this review until I gave the business at least one star.

My husband and I have been renting a unit here for over a year now. This is a well taken care of property, the manager, Amy is most helpful and friendly, always so cheerful and willing to help. My husband and i love her and out of all the businesses we deal with, she is by far the best and our favorite. We recommend this property to anyone in need of a storage facility for the exceedingly great customer service, good location and reasonable prices, and cleanliness!

Amy has made a big difference at the Voorhees facility. She is very caring and the building is much cleaner than before. When I encountered some difficulties with paying the storage, Amy and Katherine were very kind and thoughfull in working with me. My items were very safe and their caring really impressed me. I would definitely rent with them again.People like Amy and Katherine give storage facilities a good name!

I stopped in the Voorhees office about a week ago to see a small storage unit since I will be moving out of this area. I was helped by Amy who took the time to show the property and the storage unit to me. I was not ready to rent at that time but remembered how nice she was and today I returned to rent the space. I have had a storage unit with Public Storage for many years now. I dont have one at this location in Voorhees but I love stopping in to pay my bill there. The manager Amy is wonderful. She always welcomes me with a smile and remembers everything we talked about the month before. I love my monthly visits to her office. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Today we went to get some of our stuff from storage and we found Amy to be very friendly and helpful. I broke a lamp and didnt want to leave the mess so I asked Amy for a broom and plastic bag and she offered to help sweep it up! She was extremely accommodating and manages the place efficiently. It is clean and everything worked properly. I recommend this facility very highly.

Amy was such a charismatic worker and so helpful when i came in. She greeted me with a bright smile and helped so much with choosing a unit. I told her what i needed and she gave me plenty options and gave me guarantee that the unit she helped me pick out, would be exactly what i needed. Amy is a great worker and that is the best help ive gotten from any store i went into!!!
