I was very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service I received here at the Knights Road location, in Bensalem, PA! I went here as the location was perfect for me and the first month is free. I was happily amazed at how clean everything was. The manager, Morris, was wonderful!! Treated me so nicely and when I had an unexpected problem w/my movers, he stepped up and took it upon himself to call his own district manager and resolve it for me, w/out my even asking!! He helped me SO much, w/what could have been a very difficult problem, and gave me a second unit, free, for the first 30 days!! He completely solved my big problem, without my even asking him for help, just by going and talking with my movers! I will definitely recommend this Extra Space Storage location because of how great Morris, the mgr., is. I have another Extra Space Storage unit in another location and the only complaint Ive ever had is that they dont accept partial payments and that they charge not 1, but 2 "Late Fees", in the same month, if you pay late. Ive had other storage places and no one else charges the 2nd fee. However, the clean storage and helpfulness/friendliness of the employees, especially Morris, are great and refreshing!! Thank you Morris, for helping me out of what would have been a BIG jam!!

Extra Space Storage made the final leg of a very big move smooth as ice for me. My movers had reserved a storage space for me in a location over an hour away from where I live. I contacted Extra Space Storage last minute and they could not have been any more helpful. My movers with all my belongings arrived at the storage space over an hour earlier than I could get there to register and pay for the unit. Naturally, time was of the essence since I was paying the movers for sitting there until I arrived. I expected the registration process to be very time consuming and was very pleased at the professionalism and the speed at which Morris had me registered and out the door. I highly recommend EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. Extra Space will be the only storage company I will be using in the future.

One of the most clean and secure storage places so far! After moving in college dorms I had to put all my brand new furniture into a storage. Extra Space storage in conveniently located, and the staff is always friendly, helpful and very professional. The move in process was very simple and easy and the staff representative was able to answer all of my questions. My uncle and I never had any issues accessing our storage unit. Definitely plan to continue using it in future and recommend it to my friends and family.

I chose to visit this storage location due to its convenient distance from my residence. I chose to rent a space because of the manager Morris. A professional, respectable gentleman, Morris took the time to answer all my questions, show me my particular storage space(in the rain), and fully explain the paperwork/process. The grounds are clean and well maintained, and the security measures (i.e cameras,door alarms, unit inspections by employees etc, make me feel safe while storing at this site. Couldnt ask for a better experience from Tor, Morris and the crew at this location. Had to set up a quick storage arrangement under a short timeframe during a home renovation. The guys were beyond helpful, even fixing my lock that I bent beyond recognition without even the slightest complaint. Its the second time I have been a customer here and its my go to storage place. Management was great. Better yet, the entire staff that I met was great. I moved in from a competitor that has a mouse infestation problem. Morris, the manager, gave me great advice for things to check before storing at a storage facility, and how to make sure that Im not a target for, or carrier of rodents. I would like to say first that after signing up for the storage locker , the promised first month free deal not honored . they told me after billing that it started the day after but the sign was there and verbal offer made . Now after three months of storage locker rental , I get a notice in the mail that my next payment will automatically be increased.

The facility is clean with all the usual amenities. Access is a bit difficult without scraping your car because they have concrete poles to either side of the entry and exit keypads. Its easier to get out and punch the keys. I bought a lock on day one. The key broke off inside it on day two. Had to have it cut off. Bought new lock somewhere else.
