I have been a customer for years......mostly because the customer service is so great....The office managers are more like close friends, or family. Any issue I have ever had was resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. The property, and storage units are clean, and well maintained, and the whole place is safe, and secure. I cannot say enough good things about this well run business. If you have storage needs, long term , or short - and the location is near you.....select SECURE SELF STORAGE - LONG NECK over others in the area, youll be glad you did. Paula and Brown are the best.

This is the best storage units I have ever rented!!! Well kept and super clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful!! Paula is a wonderful caring person..24 hour Accessibility and very secure..I often work in my unit late at night with no worries..Units are a great place for small businesses to gain a little room..I have been renting here for almost 3 years and would not dream of going anywhere else.. Charge so many late fees. Your rent for 1 month and late fees tabled on is more then doubled what actual rent is. Do not rent from these people.
