If youre looking for a storage facility, this EZ Storage is the place. The site Managers Ray and Sue are very welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their customers. I was in a pinch for a storage space, somewhat apprehensive about renting because of the recent security issues that have arose across the city... but once I met Ray and Sue and toured the facility, my fears had subsided. This facility is secured with alarms at the gate (code needed to enter) and at each storage space..oh, and you need a code to enter each building as well. Additionally, the Site Managers have the facility under 24hr surveilance and would react if there are any alarms sounded. I would highly recommend this EZStorage facility to anyone in need.

I have used a lot of storage facilities in the past. That is only because I had yet to meet Ray and Sue at EZ Storage. I rarely rate businesses online, but after meeting the proprietors I felt compelled to give them the highest rating possible. From the moment I walked in, , Sue made me feel right at home. She was eager to accommodate my needs and reminded me of my own mother. Ray was very knowledgeable and actually advised me of the smaller unit I needed instead of the larger, more expensive unit that I was looking at renting.Their rates were fantastic and their customer service and professionalism were outstanding. I have recommended their facility to all of my friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about them!!! God Bless! .

EZ Storage on State Road is the best choice for a storage facility. The facility is clean, neat and orderly. And the managers are very, very helpful. Sue answered all my questions before I chose to use the facility. She was very patient and provided a clear explanation of what I needed to do to coordinate the delivery of my household effects. I highly recommend that you use the EZ Storage on State Road. It is by far, the very best. Prior to choosing this particular facility, I contacted many other companies in the Philadelphia area and was very surprised at the variety in "customer service" that I received. EZ Storage on State Road is by far the best.

I reserved a truck & a storage space prior to picking up the truck. When I got to the EZ Storage they made me feel very comfortable..I was walked to my storage that i getting, so I can see the actual size. I was very happy with the size of my storage. Customer service was excellent!! They were very courteous & kind..They Explained everything that I needed to know about the services that EZ Storage provides..I will definitely use EZ Storage again & also I will refer everyone to this Facility...

VERY POSITIVE experience... was a real savior with the reservation/scheduling issues I had with Uhaul! EZ storage is great when you have a last minute moving issue!! The only dilemma was the distance the storage unit/office was from my location and only having the truck for 6 hrs which was a bigger issue for us because it was really heavy traffic yesterday and the truck was a little too small for my move. Otherwise the Service AND Everything Else WERE Really good!

Customer Service is the main reason I use EZ Storage for all my storage needs. I have rented storage all over the Delaware Valley and must say Sue and Ray are the friendliest managers Ive encountered in this business. The site is secure and is the only company that has 100% video all the time. Unlike some other companies that make the news because 74 units were broken into.

My boyfriend and I were suddenly kicked out of our house with a weeks notice to get out and we had to find storage fast. Sue was wonderful and kind and helped us through the process making it one less thing we had to stress about. Great location. the units and grounds are kept very clean. The staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fair and the security configuration is great. The carts and elevators are in good condition as well which is usually not the case for some storage facilities. Storage at this facility is highly recommended.

Sue & Ray: Exceeded my highest expectations! I would reccomemend them to anyone. They offered in addition to Free Rent, a Free Moving Truck for the move-in. All I had to do was replace the gas I used. The facilcity is the cleanest, most secure ( individual door alarms, security cameras) Ive ver seen. Bill

This is a great place and what makes it great is the staff. Manny and Jason run this place in a very responsible way. All anyones needs are accommodated with speed and willingness. I would recommend it to everyone. Also the security is GREAT !!!!

The facility is excellent and the management was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for very clean and secure storage. There is a coded gate entrance as well as coded doors for each access door to the units.
