I made an appointment for a simple hitch installation for a 2010 Honda Civic. On the phone I was told it would take 30 minutes and no more than 1 hour at $60 per hour labor rate. I had a Draw Tite hitch that I ordered online, made specifically for my model civic. They said it was no problem. When I arrived for my appointment, one of the employees told me to back up my car into one of their bays. Im about to pull in when the owner comes out and stops me because he wants to make sure the hitch will fit. I get out of the car and open the package for him to let him see the instructions, which clearly states that it fits all 2010 Honda Civics and no drilling was needed. I took this opportunity to verify the estimate I was given on the phone. Then the owner starts to say that this was definitely a one hour job at minimum, that it will take at least one hour, and maybe more. But he says he will put 2 guys on this job which he normally doesnt do, and says that if they take longer than the hour, hell have to charge me. He gave me some excuses like sometimes it doesnt fit right, heat shield might need cutting, and other BS excuses. This is a standard installation, and they should be able to provide a standard price. The owner was very rude the way he talked down to me as if he was doing me a favor by installing the hitch when I am paying for the service. I highly recommend you find another U-Haul to install it. I found another U-Haul (Deptford, NJ) who installed it for $30.

Did not have any trucks and gave me a dirty van to begin with and said I dirty the van and charge me a $25 fee... Staff is rude and basically refused to speak to me about and told me I was being charge. Terrible experience... find another uhaul place to rent. Date of rental 7/29/17

I got a unit, no problem. I upgraded my unit, no problem. I rented a truck and a hand truck. NO PROBLEMS! These guys and gals are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I cant think of a better place to rent a truck and store my stuff.

Signed up for and paid for a 14 foot in-town rental and used the speedy process where I put my license information in online. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Would recommend or use again!

I buy my propane here as they fill it to the tank capacity, not short like the exchange centers. That means an extra 5 lbs of gas and the tank lasts longer.
