This place is infested with rats and all types of nasty roden. I dont see how they could even get a star from any clean custumers with their heads straight. So where do I start? The place is a rip off that sign they have outside advertising for a 5×5 unit for only 64.99 is the biggest lie ever because when you walk in they show you a room that looks like a 5×5 with a yellow tape dividing it. Which means they separate the 5×5 room with a yellow tape on the floor. Now here comes the rat investment part. If Im paying way over 100 dollars for a unit Im supposed to get climate control and no kind of pests ruining my belongings right? Well not with this nasty uhaul. The rats live in my unit but they said I have food when I dont, I told them about it and they seem nonchalant about it. And they have the audacity to tell me that I have to file the claim myself with their third party insurance company. Im paying for insurance every month therefore I dont have to do anything except taking pictures and I dont have to clean your rat droppings thats ruined my belongings on top of that. So what exactly Im paying my unit for when they cant even get an exterminator to get rid of those roden. The Rats pissed all over my stuff and chewed them as well. I contacted that stupid insurance and they said I have to take pictures yes I get it you need pictures to proove it but what about the piss on them that cant even be seen but can definitely be smelled ? This is the first time I have ever have to deal with such b.s with a storage. And I will never do business with any uhaul and will never recommend them even if they were the only storage unit around. Stay away from that filthy place and take your money to a clean and better place!!!

Set up my truck over the phone bout a week in advanced. The girl told me it was going to be $.99 a mile.. I get there n quickly glance over everything on the little screen... Everything seems about correct.. I ignore the bogus $12.00 protection plan they tack on since I was in a rush even though I caught it first thing... When I get back theyre trying to charge me $1.79 a mile vs the $.99 I was quoted on the phone. The woman ringing me up said I have no idea who you spoke with, we dont keep those kinda records on file... which is clearly a total lie.... So you take debit/credit card numbers over the phone to set reservations and keep no records on file on price quoted and who set it??? The sad thing is that I was actually going to need to rent a small van for the next day.... But due to their shady practice and poor communication skills/ customer service skills they lost my business for good. Ill be sure to warn friends and family.

I called 2 weeks in advance to make an appointment to have a hitch installed on my truck. The day after making the appointment I received an email saying the 8am time is changed to 12pm. That was ok with me but I still called the day before the appointment to confirm the time. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and said that the hitch installer doesnt work on (Tuesday) the day I was scheduled. I asked him why I wasnt notified and he said we texted you. I never received a text message from Uhaul about this. They should have called me to reschedule days in advance or have never scheduled my appointment on a day that the installer does not work. I took off from work to have the hitch installed before going on a trip and now I have a wasted day off and no hitch on my car. AVOID this place at all costs.

I have been doing business with this Uhaul location for many years. Moving from one house to an other (5 times). This last time was two days ago. I give them a 5 star A+ & very friendly rating, "as always". Im sure that mostly people who have problems with everything in life. Are the ones who go out of there way to leave negative remarks. I for one, dont consider myself "perfect". So I choose to let any negative things in life, just pass by. I am taking the time to write this. Because of seeing the negative remarks. Zero stars for customer service and prices. I made a reservation days in advance for a particular truck at their ridiculously high rate, only to be told that it was not available when I got there. There are two competitors who are cheaper and have much betters service. I added a star because they caught Philly cop Aleksander Shwarz on video assaulting their then-manager. Shwarz and his fellow pigs lied about what happened, but videos do not lie so he was convicted and sentenced to two years in the state pen. Take that, crooked Philly cops.

Location convenient, professional staff, however they swipe your debit card for one fee, then charge you additional fees when you drop truck off, which is a HUGE turn off. If you rent on a Sat., you dont even get the truck for 24hrs, you get it for less than 8hrs. They will charge you for an additional day if you go over those alloted hours too. Wouldnt recommend at all

Arrived at 645 with my propane tank, rang the bell. No service. Employees were walking around moving trucks and simply refused to help me. I understand they close at 7 but to completely ignore a customer is unacceptable. I proceeded to knock on the door, I see people in there and they see me but... do not answer the door. Absolutely disgusted wth the customer service

lot guy has no clue what hes doing. my $60k SUV was damaged due to his negligence. even after he admitted it to me that he may not have tightened the trailer to the hitch enough. uhaul calls me to tell me in order for them to take action i would have to file a law suit. save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and avoid this location.

Refused to switch me to a bigger truck or to find me one at a different store. Charged me double for trip and the doors on truck broke the first time I used them off the lot. Causing me to wait for breakdown and having to pay for another day. Eventually got refunded but had to fight for it. Not fun experience.

I booked a truck when I got to the location they didnt have any trucks in the size I needed available. Spoke to there head chain manager on the phone and she didnt help at all. She was very inconsiderate didnt try to accommodate me in any way..I will never use uhaul ever again!!

There was very good and prompt customer service. I walked in and drove away in no time and even when I returned the vehicle I received good and prompt customer service. I know where to go next I need a rental.

My second floor storage unit clean, dry, no bugs, no rodents. Had it for several years. Price seems competitive. But staff are generally indifferent to customers. Need to take a course on customer service.

Had no problems with the service,just thought one of the workers was lazy and the supervisor had to speak to him several times about his attention to work ethic. Besides that. It was a good experience.
