I gave a move out notice and was told I had until the 26th of the month before the next billing cycle started. I moved most of my stuff out on the 15th, and in the hectic process of the move forgot to put my lock back on when planning to come back for the rest. I came back the next day and was told that I was taken out of the system and the rest of my items were moved from my unit because I vacated the day before, and it didnt matter that my contract went until the 26th. From day one the staff here was rude and patronizing and always acted like they were being bothered if you had to come into the office for any reason. Save yourself some headache and go with Public Storage around the block. Theyre much more professional.

Convenient (by turnpike), was uHaul storage or something but switched to metro. Painless transition, nice guys. Priced parity w everyone else (nobody is cheap anymore) Allowed partial month when I moved out suddenly.
