They are terrible. Dont waste your money to store your stuff there. There manager acts like she is trying to help you and she does not help what so ever. She yells at customers and is very fake. They raise their prices all the time and when questioned why they are higher then other places for example a 5x5 is $80 there and $42 some place else. I was told because we use the extra money to keep our place nice. I dont see where it is so nice that they need to charge $38 more dollars. I would give them less then one if I could.

This facility was in a convenient location for my needs, its easy to access your belongings just about any time. They give you a key code to access the facility even when the main office is closed. If you do need anything, the manager Ron is really helpful. Overall...easy to work with and very helpful staff.

We had the unit here for about 7 years. Rates started out good, but continued to climb. I had to go to another storage facility because the rate was increased to where I couldnt afford it. The people were very nice, and I hated to move my belonging, but cost left me no choice.

Not enough carts, actually only two to be exact had about a 100 boxes to take out and started with both until a lady complained and I had to give her one
