Recently rented from this place. Gate hours are convenient. I get up early!! Last storage place we rented (not PS) had bugs and was just a mess. When we moved in here, unit was very clean and so far NO BUGS OR PESTS! Manager onsite is always happy to help with any issues we would have. He always asks us but so far, no issues. We have a lot of stuff and I am very optimistic that I will be here a long time. We only came in for pricing and everyone was so nice and took us out and showed us some units. There was no pressure and we rented on the spot! Thanks Public Storage !!

My husband and I stopped in this location for moving supplies, boxes and tape etc. Your representative Dave was so very helpful.... I was able to purchase the items I needed and know what I will have to come back for. I will definitely be back to that location and will surely recommend it to my friends. Its very difficult to get good customer service anymore that its nice when you do and I like to commend the company for hiring helpful people. I also let Dave know what a great help he was. I love this facility. Its always so nice and clean and a great place to store. It is not the closest facility to my house but it is worth the extra drive to store here because it is such a great place. Not to mention the property manager Mike who is always so helpful and cheerful. If you need a place to store your stuff this is the place. I was only able to give 5 stars on this review but in my book this property and mike are 10 STARS!!!!!!!

I reserved a public storage unit online yesterday for move in today. After I booked the appointment online, I received a call from Mike a short time later. He went over everything, confirmed my reservation and answered all of the questions that I had. When I arrived at the storage facility, Mike was extremely helpful, showed me the unit and answered all of my questions. He made the process painless, was very welcoming and friendly.

Tamara helped my daughter and I a few weeks ago. She was very thorough and incredibly helpful. We had many questions and she never tired of answering them. We left confident in our decision to rent at this location. The property seems to be older but it is still well cared for. We also ran into another manager, Mike, who was just as friendly and helpful. Public storages team at Cuthbert is outstanding!

Father rents here... stopped by to drop off Christmas stuff for them... I forgot where the unit was and Mike in the office was very helpful... I realized that their setup of how the units are numbered is really easy to understand!! Has to use the bathroom and it was very clean and well stocked. Told my dad and he said he loves renting there. So I wanted to write a review.

My husband has a large storage unit at this facility and he is there quite often, Sherry the property manager is always there smiling and very cheerful, when were there she always makes it a point to come and make sure that everything is ok. Thankyou for having such a friendly and professional young lady as manager, its a pleasure doing business there.

Public storage units are in terrible condition. This location in Cherry hill had holes in the walls .The walls are unfinished sheetrock. Any one can break into your unit. A very unsafe place to store items. I have never ever been to a storage facility with such awful units. They need serious remodeling. Besides that the staff is nice.

I have stopped here a several times for materials and its always a great experience. The manager in the office, Mike, is always very nice and helpful. The property always looks very clean when I drive by (everyday) and the office always has the supplies I need to box stuff up and ship it to family.

I was that this public storage the other day and a very nice woman helped me. Her name was Brittany. She was very helpful and very nice and she answered all of my questions without a problem. After leaving I left with having my own unit and boxes for my unit. I had a very good experience.

I have been renting a storage space for over 14 years at this location. I have found the manager to be helpful and accessible. The location is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend renting at this location to anyone interested. Nice property and management!!!!!

I first went to one in Marlton. But they were so friendly and helpfull there that they found me a different shed in this place for less than 1/3 of the original price. When I went to this one in Cherry the manager was also friendly and helpful. a pleasant experience.

Tamara is a real credit to Public Storage and a great replacement for Mike. We will miss him but will enjoy having her here. She is cheerful, enthusiastic, extremely helpful and always on time. Kudos on your selection of her as the new manager of this facility.

Stopped in for pricing & while the girl was pleasent, the property was gross. It felt old & dirty. I was also told they couldnt get me a better price than the rate they gave me. If I wanted the price online, Id have to go online to reserve a unit.

Conviently close to home... Clean storage units & Tamara was exceptional with explaining all of the procedures & paperwork... Tamara is a very kind and sweet young lady...- is extremely knowledgeable of her job...I highly recommend public storage.

Current operator, Mike, is very helpful. He opened up gates after hours for special deliveries. Location, off of Route 70, is excellent, and property is maintained very well. As far as lighting in the evening, it is very well lit.
