Finally the search is over! I have at last found an honest mechanic who actually can FIX cars. I was starting to lose hope in the automotive industry as I have brought my truck to countless other mechanics who just threw parts at it and I got it back with an expensive bill and the same damn problem as when I dropped it off. But when I ran into Billy at Bock Automotive he fixed my truck in 1 single day. My truck had a check engine light on for a "left bank lean" condition and other shops kept throwing expensive sensors at it with no results, light would be out when I picked it up but back on a few days later. When I brought it to Billy he had it diagnosed in minutes and it turned out that it never needed any sensors at all it was the intake gasket leaking air causing it to run lean. Well one day and I had my truck back and it runs better than ever now. Besides knowing how to FIX cars Billys shop doesnt look like the typical auto repair shop either. He has all state of the art equipment and the place is CLEAN! It reminds me of a doctors office! Anyway Im very pleased with the whole experience and I will never bring my truck to anyone else ever again. I send everyone that I hear needs a good mechanic to Billy, and they too were extremely pleased. Bottom Line- If you want your car FIXED the RIGHT WAY the FIRST TIME, then your search is over go to BOCK AUTOMOTIVE.

I went there for oil change, headlight replacement and other general inspection. They listened to me with full attention and clarify my doubts. Job was done in less than 20 minutes, off course I called them earlier to make sure staff is available. One of the maintenance crew was kind enough to notice my foggy headlamps. He shinned it after putting few minutes of effort. I wasnt charged for that. I inquired about transmission fluid, which they said it is good. I knew it already, it is as good as new oil. Few reputed big repair shops on hamburg turnpike in Wayne said my transmission fluid is black and need a flush that would cost $ 190. Now i am glad that found them. They are honest. Price what I paid for oil change, headlight bulb replacement and general inspection was 30 dollar less than quoted price by other inexpensive repair shop in Wayne are. I would surely go there again and recommend others as well.

As someone who knows very little about cars, it has been a blessing to have a trustworthy mechanic. While our previous mechanic would say that we had to pay thousands to have x job done, Bock Automotive instead breaks down the the situation for us, outlines our options, and gives us detailed information, allowing us to get a clear picture of the situation and make an educated decision about our car. While the trustworthy aspect in and of itself is enough to allow me to rate Bock Automotive five stars, add in the fact that Bill came in on his day off to help us in an emergency... Is there a six stars rating? I genuinely appreciate all the effort, and cant say enough about how pleased we are.

By far the best auto shop I have ever used! I was introduced to Bock Automotive several years ago and have been bringing all my cars to them ever since. Usually my cars are finished within a day and the work is done honestly, neatly and correctly. Prior to finding them I had tried several other shops and also the dealer. One shop kept a car for over a month, and when I finally got it back not only was the work done incorrectly, but there was a dent in the hood and grease on the interior! This would never happen at Bock Automotive. Bill and his guys know what they are doing, and do it professionally, neatly and promptly for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

His staff is friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable and Bill oversees their work to make sure what theyre doing meets his extremely high standards. I have oil leak that other places were describing as significant. I called 20 places to get my engine cleaned. Nobody wanted to do it. Bock told me to bring it in. He calmed me down and was able to quickly clean the engine, then he put the dye in the oil line. Im bringing the car back in a few days. I asked Bock if he wanted a deposit, and he said not to worry about it. The guy has no reason to trust that Ill return to finish the job... but of course Ill be back. Thanks.

Bill bock has been working on my vehicles for the last 15 years I have owned about 20 Vehicles over that time. In my opinion Bill Bock is one of the best mechanics around. Everything that hes ever fixed for me Ive never had to bring it back in again for a second time. He gets the vehicles done in a timely fashion, and he is very honest and a man of his word. my cars will go NO WHERE ELSE but to Bock Automotive ! I have never seen or met more curtious, honest and family like people in my life ! The dealers could go scratch ! Billy Bock and his crew are truly one in a million. He has all state of the art equipment that tells you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and .....HE FIXES IT ! PERIOD ! ....Ya know when you find the perfect docter or the perfect hair stylist..........its kinda like that

Car battery died while at work, I called all local places for replacement all charging an arm and leg. I called bock automotive spoke with Bill gave me good price for new battery went there and over payed him on purpose ( including a tip) and he said oh you gave me too much . Point is hes honest I told him it was his tip will always go to this honest mechanic if any issue arises in future highly recommend this place!!

The shop was great......brought my car in with a damaged tire.....they were able to get me a tire quickly and fix it within a few hours......everyone is the shop was very friendly and helpful.....would definately recommend them Brought my car in a second time for another flat tire. The guys got me in quickly and plugged my tire for free. Great mechanics. Very trustworthy and fair! HIghly recommend.

This is a great place, since my warranty when out at the bmw dealership after 50,000 miles I had no idea where to get it worked on. One of my friends told me about this shop and the service he gives me is better than what the dealership gave me. The shop is clean and very nice looking, i didnt even notice it was a shop at first and customers are always first at Bock Automotive.
