My family removed our pre funeral accounts from another funeral home due to unprofessional behaviors and due to poor management. Im so happy we came to Rupells because our experience with them is extremely caring and comforting and instantly you can sense and see they are genuine and loving. Very old school down to earth!! Rupells Facebook is about educating about bereavement and growth after losing a loved one and lots of support and comfort. In my past experience with the other funeral home we left Facebook was not about us and anything to do with bereavement or comfort and education regarding anyones loss it was about the owners weight loss journey, Vacation trips and baseball and food. It was about them the owners and owners children!! Thank you Rupells for being very professional and for your daily Email Affirmation on bereavement! Losing my mom to brain cancer 2 years ago the daily Email Affirmations help me heal. Thank you From the bottom of my heart ❤️ Donna &Kyle
