Very disappointed! Our family had used them for their services since 1960, but now theyve lost a lot of class and dignity. First, the security is obnoxious....I couldnt just walk in to talk to someone, I had to be buzzed in. Then, the guy who took the information of my relative was in jeans - very unprofessional for what is supposed to be a dignified process. Finally, I suppose because they saw no dollar signs in a cremation, they provided the ashes in the urn and put the urn in an old UPS shipping box. Classless, tacky, and impersonal. We will find someone else in the future.

Unbelievable! After charging us thousands of dollars for our Dads funeral services, had the gall to try to charge us and additional exorbitant charge to reprint the obituary that had incorrect information. The owners son called to notify us, and was argumentative and almost screaming when he insisted we pay the charge. Bottom Line: Dont use this mercenary and callous funeral home; they are in it for every nickel they can get.

The May Funeral Home has been in our family for years. I just buried my brother Robert on April 16th. Christine May made all the arrangement for me.
