They arrived late to pick my family up for the funeral which they never came. Then arrived late to the church with my grandfathers ashes. Limo never even made it to the church to take my family to the repast. A funeral is supposed to b perfect cause that is the last time u get to c that family member. In all they we the worse not even an apology for being late or for the limo not showing up. Will never use them again in the future ever.

They are horrible, they arrived to the funeral over an hour late. They did not pick the family up from the house and they did not bring the limo. All of the family had to drive in separate cars. Once they arrived they basically acted like they did nothing wrong. The whole time we waited they kept lying about their location, at 9:30 they told us they would be there in a few minutes and they did not arrive until 11:30.

I think that the funeral home helps people remember their passed love ones. All the things they do just makes me happy. If something doesnt go right then they make it work no matter what situation. And soon I will be taking over Baker Funeral Home LTD. cause I am the 4th generation and think that is AWESOME!

Mr. Baker and his office staff were very professional.The limo arrived on time and waited until the repast was over and took us back home. They gave excellent service for at least ten of my family!Mr.Baker deemed us, "A Legacy Family", and he gave us a discount on 2 items.
