The owner of the shop must be retarded or something. All me and my friend wanted to do was an exhaust swap. (catback) as you know catback is relatively easy to do even you can easily DIY. and we brought our cars to the shop and the owner was like "i dont want to do eet." with a deep indian accent. i was like why? he was like "eet ees ma shop and i can say no" but i was like i just want to know why maybe you can give me a reason? he was like "eet ees a lowered car!" i was like whaaaaaat? my car is bone stock? its not like you have to just go under my car without a lift? you have a lift right indian guy? yu cray man please go back to school. i mean we have a business here and thats crazy you refused my business or you just dont know how to do it? lol crazy

Definitely not someone you could go to. Immensely rude and the owner has an attitude for no reason. The first time I went to check my car, they said it was the struts, showed other places got the problem fixed for cheaper but even after i could hear the noise. So went again to show it to them, instead of telling what the problem is, they said that "they will not tell me what the problem is"! just because I got it fixed some place else which doesnt make sense. Its my choice whom i want to go to. Overall, a very bad experience !

Be careful and AVOID going to this place. Guy at the front talk nice to rip you off. Always ask how much he would charge. He will charge $48 (if paid cash with no invoice) if you stop by to get your car diagnosed for any issue. He will charge whatever he wants. ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. Better to pay using credit card. This way you have an option to dispute with your credit card company in case if you are not happy with the service. My intention is to provide non-biased feedback to existing/potential customer.

Worst shop in the area. Paid in excess of $140 and car was never repaired. Twice in the shop for electrical problems and broke down each time I left there. They made me buy an alternator (another $100) when I didnt need one. The owner will smile you to death and lie while smiling. I had to go to a competing shop, Bridge Auto Repairs, Piscataway and what a pleasure it was to work the prices with the owner and he fixed my car. DO NOT GO TO DEEPA, PLEASE.

I took my BMW in for check engine light on . As usual, when something goes wrong especially check light im always scared about the bill, is it going to cost $500, $1000, $$$??? .... Surprisingly i got a call within 30 minutes. They told me the gas cap was not closed properly and this time there would be no charge. They could have quoted any price and pointed another issue out, but they were honest. I would definitely refer to a friend.

Please dont go over there. This is the worst place I never see for the auto repair. They rob all the money and dont even fix the car properly.The make the damage for the other parts when we ask to repair one part. Deepu management if you are reading this please think about yourself why you guys are cheating other people. I heard from most of my friends that very very bad service.

This place is a garage just for the name sake. They barely know how to work on cars. They cant even do an oil change properly, how do you expect them to work on other parts of the car. They literally overfilled the engine oil in my car. Dont go there and they are expensive for no reason. The guy at the front desk only wants your money in exchange of no work.

Went to another Auto Body shop in town for my front bumper repair to be told that I need to buy a new one and this cannot be repaired then stopped at DEEPA AUTO and the owner came out and went out of this way to give me the time and found a way to repair my car without charging me a ton. I would recommend this place and trust the owner and their work.

He was very thorough, professional and the place was clean. Write up everything that needed to get done and even though there was a bit of a language barrier he made sure we understood what needed to be done. I think they will tell you what needs to be done but theyll tell you whats necessary and whats not and what can wait.

I have Acura 2003 Tl and always get a fair deal here. Mechanics are honest, and will show you the problem with your car if they are able to do. Specially mahesh, he is extremely reliable and knowledgeable, he always give right advice and i give five star for deepa auto. Thanks mahesh and thanks deepa auto.

I blew a tire due to debris as a result of construction on 287. I called Deepa, gave them my tire spec and they placed an order late evening. AAA towed me over and the next morning the phone woke me up, Deepa had everything ready. No problems since. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Even after reading review here, i had to visit this guy due to emergency. I would give a zero star rating for this guy. He is not at all trust worthy and is very expensive than even company dealers for any repair. Please do not go to this mechanic in case you are reading this review.

Worst care for your car. I went for oil change. They did not change the oil filter as promised.Oil Service is not as promised. Quote for other auto repair is costly compared to competitors. They are not customer friendly. Not recommended at all. Please dont waste your time.

Worst experience, I went for driver side mirror fixing, its a small thing but he intentionally cut the connection between rotor and button and said to replace whole part which is 320$ , I fixed the same in another mechanic for 80$, Its a worst place and these are not genuine

I cannot give 0 stars so giving 1. They charged me 100$ more than others for the regular break replacement. Also without notifying they replaced engine oil which was already done recently just to charge the money we agreed upon. I went there despite reding the reviews here.

I have been a repeat customer for years. Reliable service, work completed in a timely manner and good follow up with any issues. I shop around for quotes before getting work done. Deepa Auto is cheaper than Dealers and typically tends to be higher than corner auto shop.

If you dont know much about cars please dont go to him. I went in to figure out the break issue, he listed on t a bunch of items and would have ended up paying 600 bucks. Next time when I took for servicing, I asked to check the issues to which they said all is good.

I am a long time customer of deepa auto repair, i dont know why all the hate, these guys are great, professional people. They dont waste your time nor sugarcoat bad news. If you are cheap and stupid dont go there.
