DISHONEST!! I bought their "Lifetime Wheel Alignment" package for $189.99. They provided the alignment and I went back again in 2 years to do another alignment. The manager (who said hes been there for over 10 years) said "The tie rods were frozen on and couldnt be turned, and not even the blow torch would loosen the nut to turn it. The car was still on the lift and they allowed me to take photos. (see attached) They quoted me $380 to replace both tie rods to do the wheel alignment. I did NOT believe them so I took it to our family mechanic for an oil change and ask them to loosen the tie rods. He said he has no issues loosening the tie rods. I even took photos (attached) to make sure it was moved and yes, it was loosened and moved. Ive heard from other people that Firestones "Lifetime Wheel Alignment package" is a scam a theyll lie and make up whatever they can just to get you to spend more money the 2nd or 3rd time going in.

I had a vehicle emergency early the Monday morning after labor day. I was panicking because I needed to get to work in time. I walked in and was greeted immediately by the service technicians. They could probably see the worry and stress on my face and made it the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair center. Unfortunately, they needed my car for the majority of the day to do the necessary repair so I had to get a rental from enterprise. Turns out I was not the only one with car trouble, and enterprise couldnt pick me up. The service technician used his own car to make sure I got to the rental store promptly. As the day continued, he gave me status reports via the phone and even applied a coupon code! I was able to ask my boyfriend to grab my keys since I get home later than they are open. Best experience ever!

We as customers are not always our best when taking our vehicles in for repairs, I appreciate Gene Johnson, the store managers patience in listening to how and why my car ended up at his facility and my concerns that there was an issue with the work done by my local Firestone Shop, that had worked on the car two days earlier. Gene offered excellent service and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. I was shown the repair and assured that it was under warranty. Gene was clear and very professional in phone discussions relating to repairs needed. I would recommend this Firestone facility and will use again if future needs require me to do so. They are not my local Firestone but I would make the effort to take my vehicles to them.

I went to a Firestone here in Winter Park with the store number for the first and probably last time. I will never go to another firestone store unless things seriously change. The customer service was horrible, i was treated like a complete idiot who didnt know anything about cars, they tried to over charge me for my replacement battery and when I called them out on it he quickly made up a lie about an online discount. then they proceeded to charge me $25 for a diagnostic which I know almost every auto shop does for free, then they charged me $75 for labor to change a battery! All in all the worst auto shop I have ever been to, something obviously needs to change!

I saw the lower Google review, but decided to give this shop a try anyway. I had a screw in my tire, and needed a patch. They are close to my office, so I stopped in. I expect at least a partial run-around with these types of places. However, my experience at this Firestone could not have been better. $20 repair fee and 1/2 hour later, I had my tire patched. No hassle, no "addons". Simple and easy. The manager Kevin, was especially helpful. 5/5 stars. Would recommend.

Please dont take this as sounding sexist, take it as me being both cheap and untrusting - Firestone of Parsippany is a place I can send my daughter or wife, not have to go with them, and know that they will be treated extremely well, fair, and honest. How relaxing it is not having to worry about being taken advantage of. Firestone of Parsippany is my go to car care service center.

I had a leak in one of my tires, stopped in on a Friday afternoon and they looked at my car immediately. The hole was in the sidewall so I needed a replacement and they helped me find the best tire for my car (without trying to upsell me). I was in and out of there in an hour, and everyone there was friendly and helpful

Exhaust system hung with tie wraps. Mechanic said he always does them this way. Lasted one week before they melted and the piping dropped. Advanced Auto parts sells proper heat rated hangers for less than $2 each. Good thing I didnt wreck. If youve had your car serviced there get a real mechanic to check the work.

Went in to replace a damaged tire. They quoted me $67 for the tire replacement. When I received my bill upon completion of job, they charged me 127.82. Do not go here, they use bait and switch tactics and show to total lack of integrity and honesty in the way they conduct business.

No star. Terrible customer service. They make you feel most welcome and the way they address customer and answer their questions is kind of offensive. Very arrogant manner in dealing with customers. If possible stay away... get you car serviced or oil change somewhere else....

THIEFS is all i can say they tried charging $575.00 for a sensor and thermostat.Had truck towed around the block and was charged $275 for the air flo sensor it never needed a thermostat. Thanks Firestone you are a disgrace and should be shut down.

The got the inside of my car full of oil when I had just cleaned my car. Charged me 30 bucks for oil change when any other places charges around 20. Took me 45 min for an oil change which should take not more than 20 and they were not busy

Very nice employees that are willing to help. Ive had to take my car a few times for little repairs and they are always giving me incentives to come back. Only took an hour to get my door handle replaced and an oil change!
