As all of the others have said, this is great auto body shop. Fantastic service and quality work! We have eight cars in our family and this is fourth time we have used Piscataway auto body shop in last sixteen years. Unfortunately, this time I rear ended to someone and needed to replace front bumper, head light and hood. Within two days, I got an appointment to estimate of repair my 2009 Camry. Some auto body shops take weeks to look at damage of your car. Danielle at the front desk has good communication skills and excellent knowledge of work. She has one of those attitude that is always positive. She frequently has smile on her face and you can tell she enjoys her work. Melissa, the service rep. quickly greeted who was very friendly and approachable. She inspected car in 20 mins and provided deadline within 15 days to disassemble and order parts, structure and body repair, paint and reassemble for complete repair package. She even offered me some bags to take personnel stuff out of my car. Surprisingly, in seven days I got phone call from Melissa that car is ready for pick up! I was very excited to see how they got it done faster than originally quoted. Paul, the owner is a master of his craft and I would imagine what he and his team don’t know about body work isn’t worth knowing. He provided detailed explanations about what they have done to replace OEM and/or aftermarket parts. They even cleaned the interior and gave it a spit shine and polish before they gave it back. They even clean clouded and badly faded head light to match with new installed headlight. I asked them if they can touched-up minor sport paints to the door and they did really good job! They went way beyond the call and tried to fix all the other dings and dents. These guys are honest, provided fantastic service and quality work!! Hope I don’t have to deal with Paul soon but if I do I’ll know my car is in good hands.

TERRIBLE. THIS PLACE IS A CHEAT. I was referred to this place by my insurance company, but when I mentioned to them that I need an estimate for the repairs and then I will decide whether I pay by myself or go through insurance, the person dealing with me, Paul, completely changed his style. He made me wait for several hours before he came out and took some pictures of my vehicle and then told he will get back to me the next day. On the following few days, I regularly followed up for the estimate, but after 2 weeks, they told me that they will NOT have time for next 3 weeks to work on my estimate. The front desk lady was rude in talking to me and then mentioned that if I pay $80, they will provide the estimate on the same day. My insurance company also informed me that they have received several of such complaints in last 6 months. AVOID this place.

I am writing this the day after I got my car back. Maybe I am rushing this. Paul the owner, told me if there were any problems to take it back and would fix them being covered under the warranty, or if it was something he missed, to add these charges to same claim. I think he did a good job. Not knowing vehicle repair, I cannot tell a good job from a great job, so I gave this a good rating. The damage was totally body work with the exception of a new bumper and it looks good/great. The website posted pictures which speaks relieves me of the job of calling about the status. When it comes to cars/repairs the main thing I am careful about is being lied to. This place was straight forward and did not sell me all kinds of BS. Thanks guys/gals.

Went with a rear bumper damage for my Honda Accord 2012 EX-L V6 last week. I heard lot of good things and reviews about Piscataway Auto Body Inc. Front desk is very helpful and understood all my concerns. Paul is the person who estimated the damages and gave appointment. He is the best and professional at what he is doing. My car delivered on the committed date with brand new condition. They replaced the rear bumper with exact match of the paint color. I would strongly suggest this body shop for anyone. Paul and team is fantastic and awesome

Very unreasonable business manner. Request quote for car repair, told no estimate after three weeks; three weeks later, if estimate cost too high, if you want to leave, then need to pay three weeks stored fee on their site! ridiculous, they are professional, a rough estimation of body repair actually takes no more than 30 minutes. (people already understand , that engine and transmission are hard to estimate, but for a quick body damage and mechanical damage , this is wrong answer! ). Smells fishing. told my friends never go this store.

What can I say? We had an insurance claim and this place is close to us. So I made contact with them. Paul, the shop manager or whatever he is, is a very arrogant person. He sounds like he does not care about your business and he does not even want your business. They are already very busy and you can go elsewhere. So we elsewhere. We wont come back and I do not recommend this place to anyone, period. I was wondering why this place did receive one very negative feedback, and new I understand it fully. Try to avoid this place.

The repair to the damaged area looks quite good. There is however a sandy feel to the driver side left front fender as if it were hit with a bit of over spray while working on the car. Ive been bring cars to Piscataway Auto Body for years and the request to spray a scratch I had touched up on the side where the repair was being done was not honored. I was told they would compound the area only. Loyal customers need a bit more cooperation with minor requests like this.

I have a 2016 Subaru that I brought in for work after being hit parked on the street. Piscataway Auto Body was able to work with the insurance company to obtain OEM parts from Subaru and the work they did was amazing. You cant even tell the car was damaged. Melissa took care of the entire insurance process and kept me abreast of what was going on. No one wants to take their car in for auto body work, but if you have to, this is the place I would definitely recommend.

Piscataway Auto Body was referred by a family member and they did not disappoint. Through each phase, they sent me an email with an update and a picture!! Loved that!! They were true to the estimate delivery date and told me it would only change if the parts were delayed in shipping. Highly recommend if you want great service, clean and friendly atmosphere. It was a pleasure to be serviced by a reputable establishment that has a 5 year warranty on their work!!!

This is the first time I ever had to take a car to be repaired and Piscataway Auto Body was great from the moment I first called them. They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions whenever I had them and very helpful. As for the quality of there work and communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I will definitely use them for any automotive needs I will ever have in the future.
