I brought a lot of dry clean only clothing to Rumson Cleaners. When I brought the clothing in, the woman was rude, didnt answer my questions, and rushed me out. Most of my clothing looked fine, but a red dress with white polka dots came back with pink polka dots, and a pleated skirt that I requested to have returned with the pleats iron came back wrinkled. I called to ask if they could remove the color from the polka dots or reimburse me for the price of the dress ($250), and they blamed me for bringing the dress in. I dont recommend using Rumson Cleaners.

Rumson Cleaners was purchased by its current owners around 2013. The owners are almost always on site, where all the cleaning is done by them or under their watchful eye. Sometimes on weekends the counter is manned by their helpful, friendly teens or twenty somethings. Its a family affair. First class service and results, free pick up and delivery, expert alterations. They open on time and stay open later than most local cleaners, e.g. until 5 pm on Saturdays. Cant say enough good stuff about this place. My clothes always come back looking like new.

I sent my Ralph Lauren Duvet Cover , silk shams and silk blanket. they washed them instead of dry cleaning and ruined them.Now they refuse to make good. DO NOT USE THEM!
