I have used this business for the past 10 years. Its family owned and has been in operation, for many more years before that, starting at Ft. Monmouth. Their specialty is uniforms so I brought all our Boy Scout and M.A.S.T. Naval uniforms to their place for cleaning and expert pressing. They also have a person that does repairs. I dont know where the other person reviewing on here went because "the staff" that she would see consists of a woman at the desk and the woman doing the repairs right in front of you. I have found their repairs to be excellent also. Quality work.

This is the WORST dry cleaning service that I have ever encountered! They managed to wreck my clothes. The staff is incompetent, rude and their repair skills are deplorable. If I wanted to have a hole in my jacket and have a big knot of thread on the inside I would have just "repaired" it myself.

I dont know where the woman who complained went, but it clearly wasnt Reliable Cleaners in West Long branch. The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly and the owner, also the seamstress, is very nice and easy to talk to.
