I have been using this cleaners for years and had my first problem yesterday. I brought in a coat to get dry cleaned last week and I went to go get the coat yesterday. When I got the coat home, I noticed that the belt was hanging around the hanger and not around the coat. When I looked at the belt, the belt hook that goes in the hold is on the opposite side of the buckle. I am unable to buckle the belt now. It looks like there is some type of extra stitch also on the fabric of the belt. My guess is that they broke the belt and tried to fix it, but fixed it wrong. Something definitely happened to the belt while it was there because I was able to buckle the belt right before dropping it off. I called them and they told me to bring the belt in. If they dont fix my belt that they broke, I will be forced to report them to the better business bureau.

I have been using this cleaners for 10 years. They are the best at what they do. I used a cleaners closer to my house but they over charge me. 2 50 cleaners is the best around everything always cleaned. Very happy they are in Ocean Twp.

They lost a pair of very expensive tailored suit pants from Hong Kong and refused to do ANYTHING about it. They couldnt care less. Needless to say I will never use them again and I wouldnt either if I were you.

Cheap. Fast. Reliable. I go there every week. They clean all of my merchandise and also do nice fixes and re-sews. I trust them with my Burberry, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, and Canali.

Theyre not very friendly and they have a bad habit of putting creases where they do t belong so I have pants now with multiple creases..I have to stop being lazy and find a new cleaners .
