I just would like everyone to know not to take their clothing to any of the KEM Cleaners in the capital region. They take forever to return your clothing nor do they actually return your precious items. For the first time I took my favorite dress there this summer back in July, they lost my dress. I have been nothing but polite and patient for the time that they claimed they were doing their best to look for it, when it turns out nobody was looking for it. The staff who answer the phones at numerous KEM cleaners were nothing but rude to me. Not one single person wanted to look when i called and pleaded for someone to simply check for me. These people are supposed to be responsible for your items, and all they are are careless.

I use them for the home delivery service. I get my shirts and suits dry cleaned with no problems. In fact, they go above and beyond and even gave me a packet of collar stays for free. My typical usage is 3 to 5 shirts per week. The garments are picked up and arrive back at my house within a few days in a nice garment bag, not just a flimsy plastic cover. Its nice not having to worry about the quality of their work. I recommend them hands down as the best in the area.

I was getting married in the Schenectady area and had to travel with my gown from the Boston area. The ride was not easy on my dress, and I needed to have it just steamed. Not only did they steam my dress and have it ready for the next day, it came with a wedding emergency kit which saved the day. I ended up with black marks on my dress from the car ride and the kit contained a dry powder that took them out. Outstanding customer service hands down!!! Thank you Erika!!

While on a weekend trip to the Scenectady area to visit family, I brought a lightweight overcoat with me not realizing it had mold on it. I took my coat to Best Cleaners and explained that I was only going to be in town for a short period of time. The girl at the counter was friendly and reassuring the coat would be ready that same day. I was impressed and very happy when the jacket was in fact ready that day and spotless. Brought in a suit and dress with minor stains. Picked them up with worse stain on the suit and no improvement on the dress. Expensive and not effective.
