I am new to the area. I picked this cleaning service as they were cheaper than the cleaners on Balltown Road (across from the ShopRite Plasma). I just picked up a knee length casual silk dress I had cleaned here. It appeared fine when I picked it up; however, I didnt really inspect it. I put it on this morning and wore it to work. When I got to work, I noticed that thtere were two large patches of white residue on the dress. It must all the dry-cleaning solvent was not washed from the dress. I have tried calling the business to ask for a refund; however, they did not answer the phone. I will try calling again. I am very disappointed.

I brought in some couch covers with some stubborn stains. When I went to pick up the garments, the owner suggested I come back in a couple hours, so he could a apply a second cleaning for which there was no extra charge The covers came back spotless. 5 star goes the extra mile to deliver and their prices are very reasonable.
