There was a mixup on the pricing of the curtains I had steam pressed. It was straightened out. When I went to hang up the curtains, I noticed there were little holes in the fabric. The backing of the curtains was rubberized so I only had them steam pressed. There were snaps sewed on the back side of the tabs and when they were steam pressed there are black marks on the tops of the curtains on the right side of the fabric - looks awful! On one of the panels, there are dark marks on the cream colored curtains which looks like a dirty mark from an iron. I paid $117 to have 4 panels of curtains steam pressed. It was an absolutely horrible job! The curtains are worth $200 and I am so disappointed with the job that you did!!! I especially wanted them to look professionally done so made the $ --- horrible!!! I cannot believe the person who steam pressed these curtains did not notice the disaster. I do not ever want to return to your place or trust that you will do a decent job on anything I leave there. I am very unhappy with the horrible job that was done!

I recently visited Best Cleaners in Glenville, NY. to meet with the seamstress to discuss what was needed to alter and bustle my wedding dress. When I arrived, the front counter person was friendly and directed me to Bea, the seamstress. Bea was very courteous and helpful in advising on what to do with a bustle and where the dress should be altered. My dress has a great deal of beading and detail. I am completely satisfied with how my dress turned out. It was done in a timely manner with precise altering. I had a positive experience with Best Cleaners in Glenville, NY and would highly recommend you try them soon!
